Mal's POV
I sat next to Ben, listening to what Ben was saying. "Dad, what should we do with Uma?" Ben questioned. "I don't know, son. I don't think hurting her would be a good idea. Mal, do you have any ideas?" The Beast asked. "I agree that we shouldn't hurt her. Throwing her back on the Isle would give her way too much freedom and she could still cause trouble there. If you put her in jail, she still has her magic abilities and could escape. What are some ways within the laws?" "She could be put on slave duties with guard supervision, we could create a magical jail that will keep her locked up forever, or the worst option we have left is to have Fairy Godmother take away all of her magical abilities and throw her in jail with guard supervision." "How about we take a vote? Whichever two has the most votes will be chosen between by my dad?" Ben suggested. "Good idea son. Option number one will be slave duties with guard supervision, two will be the magical jail will be created, and three is the Fairy Godmother one. Ok, put your hand up if you want option one?" No one put their hand up. "Option number 2, put your hand up." Jane, Lanni, and Carlos put their hand up. "Option number three wins already with the five left over people, but the one I chose is," the Beast paused for a second to think of what his answer would be. "I chose number three. It might be easier to keep her under control if she didn't have any magic abilities. The only problem is that I don't think we will be able to get Uma to cooperate. Anyone have any suggestions?" Everyone took a moment to think about an idea when Evie spoke. "How about Ben tells Uma that he's taking her on a date to a private setting, a couple guards follow them out there, let them settle in, arrest her, and bring her back to the dungeons where everyone else will be waiting, including Fairy Godmother. Then she somehow takes her powers away, throws her in jail, and then the guards will make sure she can't escape." The Beast looked at her, shocked, but also impressed. Doug squeezed her hand quickly and gave her a quick smile. "Oh, and for extra distraction, Dude can run in." "No way man! What if she hurts me?" Dude said. I had completely forgotten that Dude could speak. "I forgot Dude could speak. Anyways, Uma won't hurt you. There will be guards near by. About a minute away," Ben stated. "What happens if she gets out of control? How will we get her to be... civil?" Beast asked. "Evie, Carlos, Jay, Harry, and I all know Uma really well. We'll tag along with the guards, and if anything happens, we'll help," I said. Honestly, I was scared about what would happen if Uma wasn't under control. "Ok. I will make some arrangements with a couple trusted guards, Fairy Godmother, and Mal, you will have to stay in Ben's room until we can sneak you out to the secret spot. Harry, you are welcome to stay on your own. There's a spare room next to Ben's. Evie, you can have your old bedroom." I shifted around to see what Harry would say, but he just nodded. I was worried he was going to say something, but he just looked at me with this unnerving smile. "Let's aim our plan for Tuesday, which is in 2 days. Ben, can you show Harry to his room? And goodnight to you all." The Beast got up, opened the door, and we all left the room, me being the last one. But before I was able to close the door, the Beast quickly spoke to me. "I'm glad you're back, Mal. I just wanted you to know that."
