Nathen pov

As I walked through the streets of vale with my hammer swung over my shoulder, I was passed by a man in white jacket, a black bowler, and a cane all with his own crew walking behind him. "Watch it kid." He warned as he walked into dust till dawn. A few minutes later a man was thrown through the window of the store followed by a girl in red welding a sythe. "Well that's interesting." He stared at her and nodded for his men to start attacking the girl when I charged in using my thrusters knocking one of the thugs onto a wall effectively making him unconscious. I turned and swung my hammer around at another hitting him in his sensitive area. He fell to his knees clutching his crotch. I turned to see the dude with the cane pointing it at us. "Well red and blue it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around." The end of his cane popped up and revealed a barrel. "I'm afraid this is wear we part ways." He then pulled the trigger shooting a red dust bullet our way. I instantly pulled up my shield blocking the shot.

"Where did he go?" I asked looking around before seeing him climb up a ladder. I activate my thrusters and got to the ladder only to find the girl in red already up there.

"Hey!" She yelled at the man running away.

He stopped and muttered something before a bullhead appeared from nowhere. He jumped in then threw a red crystal at red and i. "END OF THE LINE RED, AND BLUE!" he then shoot the crystal at our feet. He then shot it. I felt the ground shake and saw a woman right in front of us with a riding crop and a glowing circular purple shield. She glared at the bullhead and started to do magic to where a storm cloud started raining ice at the bullhead while a lady in a red dress started to shoot fire from her hand. I launched a firestrike at the bullhead but to no avail. I never noticed the circles of fire below my feet until the woman who could only be a huntress pushed me and red out of the way. I stood up with the aid of my hammer while red was getting super excited.

"Oh my god you're a huntress can I have your autograph?"

Timeskip

Red nd I were taken to different rooms and I waited for what seemed half an hour before I took off my helmet and let my short Brown hair loose. That's when the woman from before walked in on a holo pad that was replaying the scene of where me and red were fighting.

"Do you mind telling me why you're in a full suit of combat armor?" She asked obviously annoyed.

"Because it is my armor and a walk to vale from 4 days away isn't the safest trip." I explained. "Besides it's what I'll be wearing around beacon."

"You're going to beacon?" Said a man behind the woman. "What is your name child?"

"My name is a Nathen Wilhelm." I said proudly pulling off my heroic pose.

"Wilhelm? As Reinhardt Wilhelm?" The man asked sitting down. I nodded. "I thought he couldn't have children."

"Technically he can't have biological children. I'm his adopted son." I explained.

"So you traveled all the way here by yourself?" The woman asked concerned.

"Yes."

"Well Nathen it is a pleasure to have you attending beacon please let us know." With that the man and woman left the room.

Timeskip

I looked out the glass of the airship transporting us to beacon. I overheard some girl in yellow talking to red. I turned and saw red pointing at me then the 2 walking over. My helmet was off allowing my coral blue eyes to shine.

"Hey there handsome."~ the yellow one said. "I'm yang and this is my little sister ruby." Ruby waved slightly.

" gutentag I'm Nathen Wilhelm." I hold out my armored hand to yang and she gladly shakes. That's when the woman from the interrogation room appeared and started to talk about those lucky few. I ignored and looked out the window to see the beautiful world of remnant.
