December 21st
Jenna's POV
    Morning Ty, today is the day we have been waiting for! We finally get to adopt Kalyn. Tyler turns over smiles and says " yea, I couldn't be more excited. " We eventually get out of bed and get ready to leave. On our way there we plan out the day and figure out what we want to do with Kalyn. Tyler suggested taking her to Hounddog's pizza for dinner so we added that to the list.
    We arrived at the adoption center and Tyler goes up the the front desk and asks for the papers. As I was finishing singing the papers Tyler goes and asks to see Kalyn. The women leads us back to her room where we found her sound asleep. Tyler goes over to her, rubs her back and quietly says " Wake uppp, it's time to get out of here sweetheart. " her eyes slowly open, she wraps her arms around his neck as he embraces her for the biggest hug ever. He carried her through the hallway all the way out to the car.
Tylers POV
    On our way home we stopped at one of our favorite pancake houses. We go in place our order and Jenna asks Kalyn if she wants to go to the mall and Build A Bear. Kalyn immediately says " yes! " in her cute little voice. As we finish up Jenna goes and pays for the food at the front desk. We go to the car and in the back Kalyn yells let's listen to " do do do do do do " Jenna looked over at me and we just smiled. We turned it on and she was singing every single word. I was in disbelief because she was only 8.
