Underwater Attack

I lay my head on the table trying to close my eyes for a bit, until the submarine started to shake a bit.  I looked up to see Avdol was letting Polnareff driving the vessel, I sighed laying my head back down until I felt someone was rubbing my cheek. Opening my eyes I see Jotaro smirking a bit, until another tremble caused by Polnareff's driving.

Putting my head back down between my arms, dozing off the sleep once again. It felt like I slept for two seconds to only be woken up by a small shake, waking up with a jolt and my heart racing. I looked around seeing Mr. Joestar wanted to laugh, "don't do that!" I yelled assuming he was the one who scared me.

"I couldn't resist"

Avdol put down a map explaining an underwater tunnel to enter Egypt, Polnareff smiled "its been a while since all six of us were together." 

"Midori would you like to have coffee? I figured I would ask every one first since there is only five cups" Kakyoin asked

"No thanks, I don't want any"

Kakyoin nodded as he went to make the brew, after he was done he set down the cups, "hey Kakyoin, I thought you said there was only five cups" Jotaro recalls

"That's odd, I guess I wasn't paying attention, I could of sworn it was five" 

Mr. Joestar picked up the mug, it deforms reshaping itself to a scimitar cutting off Mr. Joestar's robotic hand. Shooting sharp stones at his jaw, as the unknown creature stood at the table screeching. It looked like a fur ball with a face and arms, ew. 

"It's a stand! At some point, a stand got into the submarine!" Avdol called out

The fur ball attached itself to the ceiling as Star Platinum tried to jab it down, slipping away onto the gauges of the submarine disappearing into one of them. Polnareff informed that we're at the coral reef 100 meters to resurface in Egypt, Kakyoin also informed that Mr. Joestar wounds aren't fatal at least. The satellite phone started ringing at the most crucial moment.

"Its The High Priestess" Avdol announced "the enemy is using the stand that suggest The High Priestess. The name of the user it Rose, it's stand can be controlled from far away so the user is probably on the surface. It can turn anything to metal or glass, as long as it's a mineral, so that includes plastic and vinyl as well. Even if we touch it or hit it, unless it attacks, we have no way to recognizing it" 

"But where did it sneak in here from?" Polnareff questioned until a gauge popped out by the water, "I see, how simple, it cut a hole and came in?"

"It broke the resurfacing system" Avdol informed "we're sinking fast"

"We're suddenly low on oxygen" Kakyoin added "navigation is impossible"

The satellite phone rings again, Jotaro answered "sorry, but the old man can't come to the phone right now" he said bluntly, there was a pause for a moment before he spoke "there's nothing to worry about, grandma Suzie. The old man has me, later once everything has calmed down, we'll call you back." Jotaro hangs up the phone.

"Hold on! we're going to hit the sea floor" Avdol yelled

Jotaro grabbed me by the waist as we stumbled down by the impact of the submarine hitting the sea floor, "I'm never getting in a submarine again" he commented as I looked up seeing him, "you ok?" he asked. 

"I'm a little squished, but it least its you" I smiled warmly as he kissed my head and helped me up. 

Water was seeping through more, air started to get thinner. "Kakyoin, did you see which gauge the stand turned into?" Jotaro asked

Kakyoin pointed to one, "It looked like it turned into that one"

While Jotaro was using Star Platinum, the red light that was near Kakyoin started flickering. It revealed to be the same dumb hair ball with arms, Kakyoin tried to harm it with Hieorphant Green, but The High Priestess slashed Kakyoin at the back of his neck. The stand slipped away from Star Platinum grasp, "everyone get to the door!" Avdol yelled, "It's become part of the hull's surface and started moving."

"If we stay here any longer, we will be badly hurt" I looked at everyone. 

"Everyone we need to head to the next room" Avdol walked ahead to the door. "Impossible, it already moved and transformed into the door wheel"

Star Platinum quickly grabbed on to the arm of The High Priestess, "Well I guess it wasn't faster than Star Platinum" Jotaro commented "what should we do with it?" 

"Jotaro, don't hesitate!" Polnareff pointed out "show no mercy! Hurry up and rip its head off" 

"Aye-aye sir!" Jotaro responded, with Star Platinum started to put force the stand started to melt. Looking at his hands, the stand transformed into a razor leaving cuts on his hand. Polnareff dropped Mr. Joestar landing in the water, as the stand slipped away going back to its normal state looking down at us. 

Mr. Joestar regain conscious by the water, "What's going on? I'm not sure what's happening, but are we in a pinch?"

"Shut up old man" Jotaro responded.

"If we touch it, we'll get attacked" Avdol mentioned "so we just need to not touch it" he summoned Magician's Red sipt fire, when it dodge Polnareff used Silver Chariot, as it poke with it's rapier, the stand hardens.

Avdol opens the door to the next room for everyone to leave, I stayed by the door seeing Jotaro last staring at the fur ball. "Let go!" I demanded, He heard my attention getting by the door and regrouping with the others. Jotaro mentioned to Mr. Joestar that he answered the phone call of his grandmother. 

"I'm not sure if it's up or that stand is trapped." Kakyoin claims, "sooner or later it'll cut it's way out of that room and get here"

"We're definitely in a disadvantage in this close spaces filled with machines" Avdol responded to Kakyoin "this submarine is done for, we need to abandon it and escape! We need to surface in Egypt"

"But we're forty meters below sea level" Polnareff recalls "Its not that deep, but how are we going to get to the surface?" 

We gotten to the back of the submarine equipping each other with scuba gear, "who here has scuba dived before?" Mr. Joestar asked.

"I don't think any one every did" I responded

"The High Priestess is still attacking from the next room" Avdol informed "Quickly and teach us how to dive!"

"Don't panic Avdol" Mr. Joestar answered "above all never panic, that's the most important thing in scuba diving. When you're in underwater for every ten meters you go below surface, the pressure increase by one atmosphere, at the surface there's one atmosphere of pressure. We're forty meters below surface right now, so we'll endure five meter of pressure. If we try to surface immediately, our lungs and blood vessel will burst. We have to go up slowly so our bodies can adjust, we're near the Egyptian coast, so we'll go up along the sea floor. I'm going to let the water in." He turns the wheel knob letting the rushing waters in. 

He picks up a device that its connected to the tank on our backs. "This is a regulator, there's a valve inside that only lets in the air from the tank when you breathe in. When you exhale, your breath come out the left side. Since we can't speak underwater, we'll use hand signals instead." 

"Mr. Joestar, given who we are, couldn't we use our stands to talk?" Avdol suggested 

"That's a good point"

"Aww, but I know  a hand signal message too" Polnareff clapped his hand, a peace hand symbol, an okay hand gesture, and pretend to look ahead. 

"'Your underwear is showing'" Kakyoin deciphers Polnareff's hand signals.

I giggled to myself after they made their hand shake, "we're under attack and could die anytime! Stop fooling around and lets go!" Mr. Jotaro yelled at them, as I try to contain my laughter. 

We all put on our goggles and regulator letting the water consume us whole, after our gear is on Jotaro held my hand tightly.

Let's hope we resurface and get away in one peace, although we might not.
