We arrived at the park we wanted to go and the weather was perfect. We walked on a huge path surrounded by big trees and many beautiful flowers. The air smelled sweet and there was a slight breeze of warm air. There weren't too many people around here you could only hear a few kids laughing. We didn't talk much, we just enjoyed each others company. After about 5 minutes we reached the center of the park and sat down on the grass.
“This is so beautiful, I haven't been here for a long time.” I sighed happily.
“Yes, it is, but guess what's even more beautiful?” he asked sticking his tongue out.
I blushed looking to the ground. I took a daisy and threw it at him. Smiling like a little child.
“Hey! I was being nice and that is what I get for it? You're so mean!” he yelled acting disappointed and crossing his arms.
I stuck my tongue out and threw another daisy at him.
“That's enough. Unfortunately I have to kill you right now.” he said cheekily grinning.
I was scared about what he was going to do but I soon got an answer. I felt loads of daisies raining down on me. I was literally drowning in them. But that wasn't all. He suddenly sat in front of me and started tickling me.
“Marcus! Stop!” I squealed. “I can barely breathe!”
After a few seconds he stopped. I was lying on my back and Marcus was above me staring into my eyes.
“Thanks” I smiled breathing heavily.
“Shut up” he smiled at me.
“Now you're the one who's being mean!” I said curling my lips.
“Never” he whispered coming closer.
Our faced were only a few inches apart and I could feel his breath on my skin. I felt the butterflies flying around in my stomach again. He's too perfect to be real. The only thing I wanted to do in this moment was to kiss him. I took a deep breath as I saw him come even closer. I shut my eyes and finally felt his soft lips touching mine. The feeling was incredible. The last time I kissed someone was ages ago and I couldn't remember how good it feels. My stomach felt like it was about to explode. The kiss was not wild or anything just sweet and soft. He pulled away after a few minutes staring into my eyes again. We both blushed badly.
“That was amazing.”, I said smiling like an idiot.
“I can only agree with that.” He answered lying down beside me.
A few hours later his phone was buzzing. We were just talking and cuddling all the time and it couldn't have been more perfect. He was accepting the call and stood up. I listened carefully and tried to figure out who he was talking to. At the end he said “Aww miss you, too, Sweetheart” and I was really getting jealous.
As soon as he ended the call I took the chance and asked Marcus.
“Who was it?” obviously looking worried.
“My Sweetheart” he said cheekily grinning and helping me up.
“Do you have a girlfriend?” I asked feeling sad and confused.
“I don't know if she likes me back but I really would want her to be my girlfriend.” He sighed.
“Why wouldn't a girl want to be with you. I mean you're funny, caring, charming and really good-looking. Ask her how she feels.” I answered looking at the ground.
He suddenly lifted my chin and took my hands.
“I'm so greatful that I had the chance to meet a person as perfect as you. You're the most amazing girl I've ever got to know. I just love spending time with you. I was wondering how you feel about me?”
I was completely shocked. What did he just say? I thought he was seeing someone else. He just called a girl on the phone Sweatheart and is asking me how I'm feeling about him? Now I'm confused, was he trying to fool me?
“W-What?” I stuttered. “I thought you have feelings for that girl on the phone?”
He started to laugh and covered his face with his hands. “Oh, Nee”
“What? Why are you laughing?”
“Well, that wasn't the kind of answer I expected. The girl on the phone wasn't the one I want to be my girlfriend. That would be really awkward since she's my sister!” he grinned.
“Oh” I mumbled and wanted to shrivel up because I destroyed that cute moment just because I was jealous. “I completely destroyed that moment right now, I'm such a dumbass. I'm sorry.”
He smiled and stroke my arm. “Apology accepted. Now tell me.”
“I'm really glad that I had the chance to get to know you, too. I would've never imagined that I would stand here with you one day having to answer to that question. You're everything a girl could ever wish for. I like you a lot, Marcus and I just hope that you won't ever leave me.”
I stepped closer and put my hands on his stomach. He stared into my eyes and I saw he was happy with my answer. “Never” he whispered.
I smiled and kissed him passionately. He put me into a tight hug and I wished that this moment would last forever.
