Gaining Connection

Third Person's POV

After the accident that hit Twilight,
Both Rainbow and Twilight started to gain a more stronger friendship than before. They sit at lunch with Rainbow's friends and always be protected by each other. And of course reading Daring Do books together. Today was Friday. Since Twilight and Rainbow haven't done their project together, they both decided to do it today. It was the last period of the day. Rainbow had English, While Twilight had Science.
Rainbow was walking down the halls while carrying her heavy, and I mean HEAVY English textbooks and dictionary.

She was walking casually when she bumped into Flash. 'Oh! Sorry Rainbow! I'll help.' He said, pilling up her books then giving it to her. 'Its ok, really it is.' She said reassuring him. 'And thanks for getting them back. See ya at Soccer Practice tomorrow!' She said, waving while walking to her class. He waved back and went their separate ways.

Twilight on the other hand was already in class, since she likes being early. She remembered she had the same class as Sunset Shimmer, her closest friend apart from Rainbow Dash. She was organizing her school supplies when a familiar voice said 'Hey there Egghead!' caught her attention. She turned around to see herself staring to Soarin. He has basically (tried) his best to flirt with her, but always fails. She turned back and continued organizing her things. Minutes later, she saw someone wearing a plain black shirt with jeans carrying some books in her hand. 'Oh, hey Twi!' She said, getting her seat next to Twilight. 'Hey Sunny!' She replied. 'Have you done the homework that Mrs. Iris given us?' Sunset asked. 'Of course I did!' Twilight replied with confidence.
'Well, can you help me one number? I can't really figure it out.' Sunset asked to her best friend. She sighed and replied 'Sure! Which one?' . Both of them became best friends ever since Rainbow introduced her to her Best friends. Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy and lastly Sunset Shimmer. When Twilight realized Sunset liked reading books and studying, both of them immediately clicked and became Bestest Friends! and then
Mrs. Iris came to class. 'Good afternoon students! Please turn in your homework from page 20!' The teacher said. All of the students stood up and turned in their homework assignment, expect for one person. 'Um, Mr. Skies, have you turned in your assignment to me yet?' The teacher asked, raising her eyebrows. 'Didn't do it.' He replied plainly. The teacher eye's widened, but she remain calm and replied 'Well then Mr. Skies. I expect you to come to me after class, okay?' He nodded then went back to casual Soarin.

Twilight's POV

I was waiting for the bell to rang. I was super excited to make the History Project with Rainbow! But Twilight focus, you have some studying to do!
Seconds later, the bell rang! I immediately pack my books to my purple bookbag and went out the door. 'Hey there Twilight!' I heard someone called my name, It was Pinkie Pie. Well, I used to like her, but now I kinda have feelings for Rainbow. I don't know why, but everytime i see her beautiful magenta eyes, it send shivers down my spine of how beautiful they are. 'Um, Earth to Twilight?' Pinkie snapped me back to reality. 'Oh, hey Pinkie.' I replied, hiding my blush. 'Thinking about Rainbow aren't you?' She asked with a little smirk. I blushed redder but nodded. 'She's at the soccer field. I heard she's waiting for you!!' She said, informing me. 'T-thanks Pinkie' I managed to say some words then ran out to the soccer field. I saw someone doing some ball kicking (when yu can't explain :v) wearing a white shirt with a little rainbow lighting bolt in the middle with some black sweatpants. 'R-rainbow!' I semi yelled. She turned around to meet my eyes. I hid(?) my blush and walk towards her. 'Still gonna do the project right?' She asked, smiling, I'm dying inside. 'Ye-yeah.' I whispered. We both walk down the street to go to her house. 'Is your parents home?' I asked. 'They aren't at home right now. They're at Australia for the past couple of months.' Rainbow sighed but kept a small smile to me. We entered her house and I was amazed!

Rainbow's POV

I saw Twilight amazed face. Every single corner she gasps. I have to admit, it was pretty cute. 'Let's go upstairs. We can do it in my room.' I said, holding her hand. I was hiding my blush and kept going until we came into my room. Daring Do and WonderColts posters everywhere! She was (again) amazed seeing my queen size bed. 'What is your parents occupations?' She turned her head to face me. 'Bo-both of them are CEO's of some sorta famous company thing.' I said. Twilight eyes widened. 'THEY... WHAT?!' She screamed. 'Let's just do the project.' I replied, calming her down. 'Oh! Y-yeah..' She mumbled it but I can still hear it. We pull out our History books and I grabbed my laptop for doing the presentation. 'So first, we need the cover, can you find some sort of wallpaper for the first slide?' She asked. I nodded and went to google to search history related wallpaper thing.

-Few Hours Later-

Third Person's POV

'Finally Done!!' They both said in unison. They turned their to face each other, staring deeply into their eyes. They turned away, blushing madly. 'T-thanks for hel-helping m-me on doing th-the presentation..' Twilight spoke up. Dash looked up and replied 'Y-your wel-welcome..' It was silent for a few moments.. Until Dash spoke up 'D-do y-you have a c-crush?' Twilight looked up to face the girl that she likes and replied 'Y-yeah..' Dash eyes widened. 'C-can I tell you a secret?' Twilight asked, getting closer to Dash. She nodded and was ready to listen to her crush.

'I-i li-ke y-you.'
