I'm Okay

Narrator's POV

It felt like hours, even days to reach Twilight's room. Rainbow had many emotions running through her head. Fear, anger, guilt, worry were some of them. Too many thoughts were running in her mind that until she snapped back to reality as the nurse who escorted her to the elder's hospital room said, 'Her room is right here. She's resting right now so i don't suggest that you do anything to wake her up for now.' and ended with a sympathetic smile as Rainbow took a deep breath. 'T-thank you, nurse..' She replied quietly as she trembled slightly. The nurse noticed it as Rainbow almost fell to the ground. 'Oh dear, let me help you, dear. You look pale, do you want me to go get your friends?' The nurse said urgently. The younger shook her head softly, still feeling like she's going to pass out soon. The nurse then nodded her head in reply as she helped the quivering girl to take a seat next to Twilight's bed. 'T-t-thank you o-once again, n-nurse..' Rainbow managed to choke out words as she felt the world around her was spinning in circles. The woman in front of her nodded and suggested her to get some rest instead of staying up. Rainbow nodded in agreement, slowly drifting into dreamland as the last thing she remembered was squeezing her sleeping girlfriend's hand.

- TIMESKIP -

Sunlight beamed through the window outside as the sun rise from it's rest. Magenta orbs opened slightly as the girl groaned slightly from the sunlight. She yawned softly as she rubbed her eyes to wake her up from her slumber. She looked around, then everything came to her head. The thoughts that were running through her head for the past two days came back. She then grabbed her head as she tried her best to stop thinking about it. "Think positive, Rainbow.. She's okay.. She's okay.. no no NO SHE'S NOT OKAY AND ITS ALL MY FAULT!!!" She screamed in her head as she pulled her rainbow hair harshly. She started trembling, shaking as she tried her best to hold in her cries, but it was too hard for her to handle. Negative thoughts were running through her head as she sobbed quietly. "You're a mistake to be alive, Rainbow.. You can't even protect your love ones. Tch, pathetic!" The voice in her head told her. "i bet after all of this, Twilight will consider on breaking up with you after she wakes up. You're not worth her time, Rainbow sweetie." The voice continued on her negative words towards she sobbing girl. What Rainbow didn't realized was that her quiet sobbing woke a certain person up. Purple orbs opened slightly as she heard the quiet cries of someone. She groaned quietly as she yawned and rubbed her eyes to wake her up slightly. When she found the source of the sound, her eyes widened in shock. 'R-rainbow..? She quietly said, still a little bit cautious if it's her or not. Rainbow stopped sobbing for a moment as she locked eyes with the girl in front of her. They were lost. They felt lost, but they had each other. They didn't feel lost. It felt like they've been searching for each other for so long and finally, they've found each other. Twilight immediately embraced the sobbing girl, squeezing her tighter than ever before. Rainbow felt everything like a dream. Was this real? Everything was real in front of her eyes? She didn't know. But with that, she hugged the elder in her arms as she stroked her purple hair. They didn't feeling like speaking or having any words to say to each other. They were together, and that was all that matters in that moment.

i apologized for like not updating in sUCH A LONG TIME! The reason being i wasn't feeling like writing for the past few months but i tend to brainstorm ideas for chapters, i just don't like the typing part :v but ey i got to do a chapter! I kinda need to sleep rn since tomorrow is school.. I kinda lied about this book ending because i got an idea for upcoming chapters that will probably end like in December since imma be busy for the next few months in the beginning of 2019.
