from slumber i get up, i rise
look at the window, get an early surprise
there it is, the vista is always nice
right about ,just beyond the mountain rise
begins my morning, a beautiful sunrise.
each day, within my reach, a different view
something exciting mixed with a bit of deja vu
yesterday i had a wonderful orange-blue,
today i embraced it in one beautiful yellow,
tomorrow , for sure, will be served in pretty hue.
here now is the sun- my faithful clock,
before i run and get the boiling pot,
my day ahead is mixing so right
the teaspoon always make music with my cup
one perfect coffee, the sunrise gives a kickstart.
another drive, another time, another chance
here's to give progress to what was last
to treasure each horizon, in present we bask
because there again is another gift to add
the warmth of breath, the passion of a happy life.
