Part 14-First I'll acknowledge your trust has been broken

Abby's P.O.V

I closed the door behind me and wiped tears away before running upstairs.

"Abby?!" I heard Mike's voice from the bottom of the staircase but I just ran up to my room without looking back. When I got up to my room I locked the door and silently cried in the corner of my room. "Abby open this door now!" Mike said banging on the door.

"Go away!" I yelled not wanting to tell him the current situation I was in.

"No!" Mike said. Suddenly I heard the door knob jangling crap! He was picking the lock!

"Stop!" I yelled but it was too late Mike opened the door and rushed to my side and hugged me.

"What happened!?" Mike said sitting against the wall and pulling me into a tight hug.

"I c-can't t-e-ell you" I sobbed "y-ou'll h-hate me."

"I can never hate you baby girl I love you." Mike said kissing my forehead.

"I-i lied to you." I wiped a tear and looked straight at Mike and sniffled "I didn't go to food 4 less I- I....."

"What? What did you do?" Mike said holding my hand lacing our fingers together.

"I met up with Justin so we could talk." Suddenly Mike let go of my hand and stared at me blankly. "I'm sorry it was a mistake!" I sobbed.

"H-how..." Mike took me off his lap and stood up "Wha- why? Why Justin?!"

I stood up so I could look Mike in the eye "Because we left things unsolved and I needed to talk to him I needed someone to tell me if what Justin did was a mistake or-"

"MISTAKE!" Mike was furious "I WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT HE DID! HE CHEATED ON YOU DON'T SAY IT WAS A STUPID MISTAKE!"

"MIKE!" I screamed trying to calm him down.

"No! You know what I'm done! You lied to me to hang out with someone who broke your heart!" Mike said tearing up.

"What do you mean your done!?" Tears streamed down my face. Mike just stared at me with watery eyes "Are you breaking up with me?! Mike after all we've been through! You told me you loved me you said after I told you what was wrong you wouldn't hate me! What else have you been lying about!?"

"What's that supposed to mean?" Mike said looking at me coldly.

"When you called me beautiful did you lie about that to! Did you lie when you said you loved me oh how about when you-"

"Abby! Stop just..stop trying I meant all of that and I know I said I wouldn't hate you but lying to me to go do who-knows-what with that Bieber kid that's way to far. I just need a break." Mike said calmly.

"Screw you and your break." I whispered "Get out! Get out now!" I yelled shoving him out of my room. I sat down in the same corner and cried for hours until Jazmin came home.

Jazmin's P.O.V

"Bye Spencer see ya later love ya!" I yelled back at Spencer when I got out of her car. I unlocked the front door and walked in. It was so quiet I thought Abby and Mike where gonna hang out here today.

Shrugging the thought off I walked up stairs and heard little sniffles. "Abby?" I said opening her bedroom door just a creak. I peeked in seeing Abby in a corner crying her eyes out.

"Abby! What happened?!" I yelled running to her side.

"Mike dumped me." Abby sniffled

"Why?!" I said shocked. Abby told me everything. "Woah woah woah but why would you actually go with Bieber?"

"Don't you miss him?! What if I rejected him and he never came back?? What was I supposed to do?" Abby said sobbing once more.

"Yeah I think I would've done the same thing." I said rubbing Abby's back reassuringly. "Get some sleep Abs I'll talk to him tomorrow k?" Abby nodded and crawled under her covers. "Goodnight Abs." I flicked the light off and went to my room. I did my night routine and went to bed thinking about Abby and......Justin.

*********The next day*********

Justin's P.O.V

So today I'm in the studio to record another song, Recovery, I already recorded All That Matters and Hold Tight, how fun it is to record songs about two girls that you love but don't seem to love you oh joy (note sarcasm).

I walked to my recording booth and unlocked it before stepping inside. "Sup' bro!" I said as I saw Scooter.

"Bro you are behind schedule so get in there and sing bro!" Scooter scolded.

"Ok ok gosh." I walked in the booth and started singing and when the music ended I stopped.

I wiped tears from my eyes and walked out of the booth "I'm gonna go and get some fresh air." Before Scooter could answer I rushed out of the room and into my car. I sped down the road till a familiar part of the woods came up.

I walked to my little area and to my surprise someone was already sitting there staring into the pond. "Abby?"

"Oh-" she looked at me but quickly looked back "um hey Justin." Abby said looking back at me and sniffling.

"Is everything all right?" I said sitting next to her.

"Came here the same reason you come here....to clear my mind." Abby said wiping a tear out of her eye "I took up on your offer I'm sorry if you-"

"No it's all right I'm just a little surprised you would still come here after what happened the other day." I said looking at the side of her face "What happened?"

Abby sighed "Let's just say you weren't the only heart broken one yesterday.......Mike broke up with me."

I didn't know what to feel I was happy but sad because Abby looked crushed. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be." Abby said wiping a tear from her cheek.

"It's because of me isn't it?"

"What?"

"Mike broke up with you because he found out didn't he."

"Uh yeah pretty much." Abby curled her lips into a straight line.

"I'm sorry if you didn't come with me you would still be with him."

"Justin! I don't care ok well I do but..... I'm glad I went with you yesterday."

Abby was looking straight into my eyes and I started leaning in until our lips touched.

"I-I'm sorry I .....uh.." Abby twiddled her thumbs not knowing what to say.

"I know your trust , especially with me, has been broken. And you're not entirely ready to you know move on so quickly. I'm sorry." I said staring into the pond.

"It's uh ok." Abby said as we sat there in an awkward silence. After a while Abby rested her head on my shoulder "I can really see why you can clear your mind here. I'm sorry I'm just making the situation more awkward aren't I?"

"No." I shook my head "Maybe."

Abby chuckled lightly "Um can you take me home I was sorta stupid to come walking."

"Yeah sure." We got up and walked to my car. The car ride was silent. I pulled up to the drive way but Abby didn't get out.

"Um I just wanted you to know that the kiss wasn't all bad." Abby said opening the door "thank you for the lift."

I nodded and watched Abby open her front door and walk into her house. On my way home I kept thinking about what Abby said about..the kiss.
