Mark's POV

We walk home from the movie theater, Me slowly trailing behind. I see Jack and Her shes putting her arm around his waist.. I start to get jealous, yes jealous over my roomates girlfriend wow. We continue to walk, I stare at Jack from a distance. Since i'm walking slower, Jack stops and turns around. "Hey Mark? You okay.?" He asks, I simply nod, "I..guess the popcorn and soda are having a battle?" I say shrugging. "ooh dang." he says and walks next to me, I notice his girlfriend looks a bit..angry? I ignore it on the rest of the walk home. 

Jack's POV

Me and Sarah continue to chat and walk, "Sarah.." I say almost silently. "Yeah babe??"  she asks. "I'm..sorry but---" She cuts him off "Your breaking up with me arn't you?!" She says loudly..hopefully Mark didn't hear..wait where's Mark. I stop and look around then notice hes behind us, I walk up to him. "Hey Mark? You okay?" I ask, he looks at me and nods "I..guess the popcorn and soda are having a battle?" he say's sounding unsure with a shrug. "ooh dang." I say and walk next to him, Sarah looks back at us. She looks angry..She storms off. "What's her problem?" I hear Mark mumble. "I..broke up with her" I say simply. "Oh." Mark says smiling a bit, he looks like a lit up light bulb now.  

Mark's POV

I can't believe he just broke up with her! Is..this real..what if it's like the nightmare in my dreams,..ahg whatever! HE BROKE UP WITH HER! I could have a chance now. I smile a bit. "Oh" I say looking at him after he tells me. I hope tonight will never be ruined~!
