School was a blur everyone had heard about my episode and was asking me how I was feeling to which I responded like always "I'm fine" I didn't want everyone knowing my business.

Lunchtime came around pretty quick, yet again I found the girls sitting under the tree in our usual spot. I sat down taking my lunch out which consisted of chicken salad and fresh fruit salad.

I was just about to take a mouthful of my salad when Mr. Getty walked over.

"Hey Reagan how are you feeling today?" He asked sounding concerned.

"I'm feeling better thanks for asking" I said smiling slightly.

"You sure gave us all a fright well me anyway" Mr. Getty said.

"I know, wait what?" I said confused.

Mr. Getty saw my confusion and quickly added "Reagan I was the one who held you up".

"Really I thought it was another teacher" I simply responded.

"No, I was on duty when Sienna came looking for a teacher, and when I grabbed her she said that you needed help, so I came just as you were about to collapse."

"Well I owe you a big thank you then; the doctor said if I had of fell I could have done more damage to myself." I said being sincere.

"No worries just doing my job, I was informed of your condition from a work colleague since you were a student of mine." He simply said.

The school informed my teachers that I had diabetes and can faint when my sugar is low or I'm feeling sick.

Mr. Getty continued on leaving us to have our lunch. It was silent for a while until Kylie piped up

"So what do you want for the big 18th?" She asked excited.

That got me thinking, no one had really asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I already had my license and I didn't know what else I really needed or wanted, so I went with what everyone else does:

"I don't know, anything I'm not fussed you know me."

"Well that's no help Reagan, your birthday is like the day after tomorrow and we haven't got you anything yet" Kylie exclaimed.

"Well you shouldn't have left it till the last minute then Kylie and Sienna" I said.

Trust them to leave it till last minute they do it constantly, it just makes me laugh everything from homework to packing bags for holidays you name it and they leave it.

Whereas I'm the opposite I have to have things done prior otherwise it makes me panic and stressed, which is not good for my health.

The lunch bell went ending lunch and it was time to head to the last class of the day which in my case was art.

I went to my locker and grabbed my bag and other things since we could leave from class to go home. It helped since the front of school where Paul was picking me up from was just across the yard from the art rooms.

Art was great I continued on with my major work making all the cherry blossoms for the artwork. It was fiddly work and in the lesson time I only managed to make 10 blossoms out of about 200, thankfully the artwork was due in 9 weeks and I was more than halfway done.

Before I knew it the teacher was telling us to pack up since the bell was about to go. I quickly packed up all my stuff before heading out the door and towards the front of school.
