Lunch Break

Chandria's POV

"Ugh, poootang global warming yan!

RING RING RING

"Bwesit ka talaga, Kai!" I pick it up.

"Chandria Marie," the caller cut me off. "Kailan ka pa natutong murahin ako, bata ka?! Ha?!" Tinignan ko kung sino ang caller.

Capital PATAY! Si mama pala. >.<

*crossed fingers* Sana mauto. HAHAHA

"Tsk, okay, okay. Forgiven. Well, I just want to tell you something that is quite important."

"Ano po yun?" Curiosity bites daw eh. Hihih :D

"Jongin's coming here in the Philippines.

Chicke---what?! Ma, you gotta be kidding me.Can I laugh now? As in now na? Ha-ha-ha," hindi pwede to. Hinding-hindi!

"Si Kai, uuwi ng Pilipinas. And I'm not joking, hija. I am dead serious."

"But,ma---"

"No buts. You'll fetch him whether you like it or you like it. You don't have a choice anyway."

"I'm bus---"

TOOT TOOT TOOT

Busy tone nalang ang narinig ko. Waaaa, this is impossible.

Kaiiii! This is all your fault!

RING--- "Chandria, yobo. I am so touched. That's really sweet, Chandie-ah. I appreciate it. Kamsahamnida!"

"Yobo, you don't have to work naman eh.

Kaano-ano ba kita? Hindi ko kailangan ang pera mo, Kai."

"We need it for our future, nesarang."

"Future your face," lintik. May future pang nalalaman.

"Chandie, my dear girl. What do you have against me? I'm good-looking, I'm hot, I'm cool, I'm rich---"

"And yeah, you're famous blah blah blah," I cut him off. "I don't care any less, Kai. I DON'T CARE."

"Haha, yeah. Of course. And what's there not to like, nesarang?"

"You."

"Come on, Chandie. You wouldn't really mean that. Yah! I have a very brilliant idea. Why don't you come here in Korean and talk about our FUTURE together?" He said playfully.

He's really frustrating. Sa totoo lang understatement lang ang salitang frustrating when it comes to describing Kai. "For the last time, Kai, stay away from me."

"I can't. You know that. I love---"

"Pacheck-up ka na, Kai. You're insane."

"Don't be too harsh, Chandie. Don't you know that there are a lot of girls that are chasing after me? They are all dreaming na masabihan ko ng mga salitang yun. But you---"

"Kai, just quit it, please. You don't really love me. You just love chasing me."

"You're just saying that beacause you don't know me well, Chandie."

"I don't want to know you either, Kai."

"You're being unfair to me, Chand." Oh, he sounds sad. >:D

"Ano'ng mahirap intindihin sa "I DON'T LIKE YOU"? I will never---"

"Whatever. I'll miss you too, Chandie-ah. And I'll be coming to the Philippines next month. Yep, next month. Huwag masyado'ng maexcite, okay? I'll send some of me alepores to watch over you. Huwag mo silang masyadong pahirapan ha?" Walang hinga-hingang sabi nya.

"What?! Kai---"

"I love you, too, yobo," and with that, he hang up.

Bwesit!
