I went upstairs because my mom told me to clean the attic of my grandma's house. As I was cleaning in there, I saw this one-of-a-kind box in a closet. I became so curious, I wanted to open it.
I didn't have the feeling of being scolded for getting things, so I simply opened the velvet box shining in the room. When I opened it, I blew the dust away to see what's inside and I sneezed. A kitchen towel was present and there was something behind it. I peeled the fabric and saw a pair of red sparkly shoes.
It reminded me of the story "Oz the Great and Powerful" that my grandma used to tell me when I was a kid. I cannot help it so I tried to put the shoes on, and it fitted perfectly!
I stood and tried to click the heels of the shoes even though it was silly, but I went back to cleaning the attic. As I was removing the left shoe, I heard a noise from the closet. I moved out of the way and the closet opened. I saw a girl and behind her was the Yellow Brick Road. I became delighted, thinking it's just a dream. I shrieked then she looked at my feet.
"You found the shoes!" The girl said.
"Oz needs you." She spoke and held my hand. Then she pulled me away. The closet closed and we were gone.
