"Come." She voiced and I followed her. We walked through the yellow brick road and we saw humongous trees, clinging vines, and creatures.
"By the way, what's your name? I'm Leiora." Asked the girl with brown hair and white dress.
"Amelia." I replied.
"Why did the Wizard chose me? It's not like I'm special." I questioned and she tried to hide her chuckles.
"You'll know that later." She said and I became sad. I don't understand why she doesn't wanna tell me.
We've been walking for an hour and Leiora keeps saying we're still far. My belly started to growl and I was also dehydrated. We then reached a hill and Leiora pointed at a city. "There it is!" The kingdom is seen here. I knew we weren't far away.
We ambled through the slopes of the hill and the yellow brick road stopped at one point. The road became dirt as if someone repaired it. We saw large emerald shards along the way and I heard a strange noise. I forwarded to the noise but ignored it anyways and continued walking.
"You go first. This shield only lets good people go through." She reminded, waiting if I could go through or not. I stepped forward and saw my sparkling shoes going through. So that means I'm officially good. Leiora nodded and we arrived at the kingdom and I saw Glinda and the Wizard. The townspeople were happy to see me. Am I really that special here?
