- THE MAFIA AND THE SPY -

When you're trying to do a good job but thing got worst. This day is the worst day of my life. I'm just doing my job but I've got the worst team ever.

"Yera-ssi, what's happening to you?" Joyce panicky asked. Joyce is our team programmer. She can make or hack any computer program. She's the genius but get's panicked when her plans failed. Like right now, she forgot to secure the alarm so now I'm being chased by the guards. "They're chasing me," I replied through my mini in-ear microphone. "Give me some directions Joyce," I added still running and entering every room but that guard still catches up with me. I enter some room and locked it and wait for Joyce to give me some directions.
"I'm doing it but we've got another problem," Joyce said.
"What it is?" I asked catching my breath. "Next time I'm going to tell Jaja to make me very usable gadgets. I can't use this shitty gadget." I gritted.
"Your husband is calling Yera. What should we do? I thought he's not gonna call you right now?" Joyce panicky said again. Another worst thing to happen.
"Wait, I need to calm down. Send me the direction out in this building. Transfer the call here." I whispered and tried to still my breath.
"Yeobu~" He sweetly called.
"Ne~ Yeobu, why did you call? I thought you're busy?"
"Ne~ I'm busy. I just want to call you. I miss you." He said. I'm going to reply but the sounds of gunshot filled the air. "What was that?" He asked. I quickly got up and followed the directions Joyce finally gave me.
"It's fireworks. Joyce's neighbor is celebrating and prepared fireworks. Yeobu, I gotta go now. Joyce's extended family are here. I gotta help her. Bye~ Love you and miss you." I quickly said and hang up. I'm already half way out of the building when alarms strike again. "What the hell Joyce! I thought you disabled all the alarms?" I gritted and start running faster going out of the building.

"I'm sorry. I'm still in panic mode right now. I mean I dunno what to do. I think I'm having an asthma attack right now." She nervously said. "Okay~ I've got this as long that the directions you gave me are right. Now I want you to calm down and tell Eunwoo to drive out of there."I ordered.

So it's officially the worst day for me. After I got out of the building I tried to blend with people on the streets and I saw the guards and some men went out of the building and still finding me. I quicken my stride as I enter a small alley to avoid the men chasing me but I failed as they spotted me. I finally run and saw some boys enter a door on the alley and entered it also. I closed and locked the door and put my ears on the door so I can hear what those men saying.

"I saw her here. Maybe she entered somewhere in here. Let's split up and entered all the doors here." Leo said he's the leader of those group chasing.

"Joyce. Can you hear me? I'm stuck somewhere, give me some directions." I called out but I didn't get any reply.
"Put your hands in your head and kneel." Someone said on my back and I felt something pointing at my head. Shit! I did what he said because I have a hunch that he's pointing the gun at my head. Bad luck seems to like me this day. Argghh! "Get her and bring her to Hyungnim." He ordered. They tied my wrist, took me and dragged me until we've arrived at a big room full of men.

"Hyungnim. I saw this girl entered our domain." He said as they thrown me on the front of this 'Hyungnim' of them. I'm not scared but I can't fight right now since they're so many in this room.

"You. What are you doing in here? Are you from the side of our enemy? JB's gang are so stupid to send some girl like you here." The 'Hyungnim' said as he kneels and held my chin up. My eyes got bigger when I saw who's this 'Hyungnim' is. "Yera Yeobu?" He asked also shocked.
"Namjoon, my nampyeon?" I whispered. The men in the room also are shocked as they heard what we've been said. One of them untie me and bowed down to me.
"Noonim, we're very sorry for treating you harshly earlier." He said. I just look at her still confused on why my husband and here and talking about gangs.
"Yeobu~ What are you wearing? I thought you're with Joyce's house?" Namjoon finally talked.
"Err... I.. I... You! You said you were in Hongkong, doing business but you're here in Korea. What with those gangs huh?" I asked and quickly changed the topic so that I'll not answer his question. "I do believe I asked you first." He said. "Everyone leave this room in an instance and don't come back here if I didn't tell you to come back!" He shouted and all the men hurriedly got out of the room. I became amazed on my husband because of this the first time I heard him a command that is so firm. "There's only two of us so you can share it now." He ordered. I stand up, dragged some chair in front of him and sat on it.
"I am a spy and also a thief. Someone will hire us and stole something but we make sure that is important. We just don't steal and use it in a bad way." I explained and wait for his reaction. He just nods at me. "What? Are you not gonna explain yourself?" I huffed.
"I am a gang leader. One of the scary and famous gang leader." He plainly explained. I don't why the way he explains hurt me. I don't even know what I'm expecting from him.
"That's all? You're not gonna get mad at me?" I asked.
"Hmmm~ So I expect that you're from your job stealing something. What it is?" He asked. He's interrogating me now. I sighed and answered him.
"Yes, I am. I'm close from being caught so I entered this place that is your domain. I stole a necklace. Our client said that the necklace is very important to him and someone took it so he requested it to be stolen." I said and slump on the chair.
"Nice then eh? I bet you've got some rewards on your head? I didn't know you were a criminal." He said not even looking at me. Wow! His word hurt me like hell. I am actually closed from tearing up but I stopped myself because I don't want him to see me weak.
"Look who's speaking. You were no different from me, Namjoon-ssi." I replied back. He just chuckled and smiled at me.
"At least I'm not on the run. Anyways, everyone on the outside waiting and listening outside, come inside now." He loudly said. The door burst open and Leo's men whose chasing me entered with Namjoon's men. Namjoon's men guard the door and meanwhile I'm shocked, not believing that Namjoon will surrender me to those men. How can he? I love him and he will betray me? "I'm guessing who were the one who's chasing this woman? If I will to surrender her to you, do I will have a reward?" He asked Leo and his men.
"Yes. I will ask my boss for the reward and will give it to you. Now hand me the woman." Leo answered timidly.
"How can I sure that you will do what you said?" Namjoon asked.
"You can come with me and get the money reward personally," Leo replied.
"Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! I really don't like liars, do you know that?" Namjoon said and signal something. In just a seconds gun fire filled the air and Namjoon took me and make me drop to the ground. After a while, it stopped and Namjoon helps me to stand up. My eyes just got bigger when I saw Leo's men laying on the floor, not breathing and blood pooled around them. I looked at Namjoon and saw how satisfied he is.

"What was that for?!" I shouted at him still quivering at what happened.
"Come on love~ This is not your first time seeing this with the kind of your work." He replied and going to hug me but I stepped backward.
"What I'm asking is your going to give me to them! Shit! Tell me Namjoon, did we have a fake marriage?" I asked tearing up now. I can't hold it anymore. I cried. I can't believe Namjoon will do that to me. He walks close to me and hugged me.
"I'm sorry love~ It's only a show to make them come in so that we can kill them." He said still hugging me. "Our marriage is real love~ I'm sorry I didn't tell you about my real work." He added.
Now understanding his intention. I tried to stop myself from crying. "I'm sorry too~ I didn't tell you what my work also," I said.
"I know~"
"Huh?"
"My mom did all of the work for us to met because you helped her before." He explained. I looked at him still confused. "You helped my mom before despite escaping from those you chasing you. My mom knows about spies because eventually, she's one of them before. In exchange, she did everything for us to meet and get married. I didn't say anything because I know you love your work." He said.
"Wow! Mother-in-law is so awesome but still, I'm sorry because I didn't tell anything to you."
"Nah~ It's okay now. I want you to meet my men but definitely my family." He said and every man in the room introduce themselves to me. Leo's body and his men are now gone to the floor. I guess they cleaned it while we were talking.
"I love you Yera-ssi~," Namjoon said and hugged me.
"I love you too~" I replied and he kissed me.

I'm still doing my job and Namjoon is still the gang leader but we managed to help each other if we met some problems.
