Damien claws go in and blood starts squirting out out of the person. The man has a loud scream as Damien does this. Damien then looks at the person and smiles as Damien STARTS rips his organs out but then Ellie wakes up and he pushes the person to a corner so she couldn't see him.
*Damien looks normal just with a lot of blood*
