You taught me how to walk,

You taught me how to talk.

You loved me when I was wrong,

and made me happy by singing songs.

You guided me when I needed you,

and made me feel special by saying that people like me were very few.

You loved me unconditionally and irrevocably when no one else did,

You understood what I meant to say , since I was a kid.

I can never return the love you have given to me ,

the way you removed time for me even when you weren't free.

You are the only person whom I can trust throughout my life,

because you were soft and sweet to me , when the words of people hurted me like a knife.

You cared for me when I was sad,

and calmed me down when I was mad,

and so today I promise that I will always care for you because you are my Angel, my hero , my inspiration, my life, my dad...
