8 - I'm sorry

*Zayn's P.O.V*

I told her. Finally. This feels good. 

"Perrie, hello Perrie" I say and wave my hand infront of her face. "Huh? Sorry, I.. I.. I don't know what to say" she says and looks up at me. "Are you in love with Niall?" I ask. "I.. I.. I don't know.. I don't know anything more" she answers. "Perrie, please tell me if you have just the smallest kind of feeling for me" I beg. "I think you are sweet, it's just that we have been a fake couple in 2 years now Zayn, I am just confeused" she says. "Yes, and so am I" I say. "What are you confeused about?" she asks. "I all" I answer. "I need to go out for a little walk, just get myself some space and some fresh air" she says and takes on a jacket before walking out of the flat.

*Piper's P.O.V*

I falk down the stairs and get a chok when I feel the cold air in my face.

What the fuck have I done? Why did I say yes to take Perrie's place so she could get away from the fame in some time. First the tour and now Zayn being in love with me. I need to do something with this, but what?

I find my phone and call up Perrie.

"Hello Pips, how's it going?" she asks when she picks up the phone. "Like hell, please take your life back" I beg. "What happen, and are you crying?" she asks. I feel my cheek with the one hand I am not using and feel my wet cheeks. "Perrie, I need you to come home" I cry out loud. "Okay, tell me what happend" she says. "First, Little Mix shall on tour, and my vocie is nothing like yours, so if I take on that tour with the Little Mix girls, the whole world will know that I am not you, and second, Zayn is in love with me and he saw me kissing Niall" I say and tries to stop my crying. "Wow, okay, that's a big chok the last thing, Zayn, in love, with you?" she asks. "Yes, and I don't know what to do" I say. "Kiss him" she answers. "What?" I ask. "Kiss him, then he is happy and you have one less problem" she says. "You can come home and then take over your own life again, and then I have no problems" I say. "But I love my life here" she says. "Then I am afraid there is only one thing I can do, goodbye Perrie" I say and hing up on her before she can ask what that one thing is.

I call up Simon.

"Hello Perrie, do you have get a little better now than earlier today?" he asks when he picks up the phone. "Yea, I am all fine, I just have to tell the world something, like very soon" I say. "And that is?" he asks. "You can't know before all others" I say. "Okay? So what do you want me to do for you then?" he asks. "Call the paps and tell them to meet up infront of my and Zayn's flat in half and hour" I say. "Okay, I'll be there too, call the girls and then I call the paps" he says and hings up on me before I can say thanks.

I run back to the flat and finds Zayn in the livingroom. "So?" he asks. "I have to get ready, I have a press conference in half an hour” I say. ”Erm.. What about?” he asks. ”Me” I answer and run into the bedroom to find something of my own clothes and put on some make-up I, Piper would wear.

*30 minutes later*

”PERRIE, PERRIE, PERRIE” I hear somone call my sister's name. I walk to the window of the livingroom and look down at the street. ”Wow, that is a whole lot of people” I say. ”You have seen more people at once Perrie” Zayn says. ”Sure I have” I say. ”What are all these people doing here?” he asks. ”The press conference” I say and walk out of the flat and down the stairs to the street.

”Hello Perrie, we heard about you having a press conference, what is all this about?” Jade asks. ”You will see” I say and walks to the stage someone have made for me.

"PERRIE, PERRIE, PERRIE" some paps yells my sister's name unison at the same time as some Mixers do.

"PERRIE ARE YOU PREGNAT?" one yells.

"ARE ZAYN AND YOU ENGAGED?" another yells.

"Hello everyone, thanks for coming here in so short time, but I have something to tell you all, and this thing I will tell you in just a second, are there not many of you there want to belive, because I have never told this to anyone before, I know it's the april 1, but this is not an april fools, okay?" I say.

The street turns all quiet and I look at Zayn, Jade, Leigh-Anne, Jesy and Simon before I take the mic again. "I am not Perrie Edwards" I say and look at everyones reaction. I find Niall in the croud and he shakes his head, as to say to me I should stop doing what I am doing. "I am her twin sister that no one other than me, my friends, my family and Perrie knows, Perrie and I switched places for a month ago, and right now, she is home doing my school and my life as me, and I am here, doing her job as a singer i the band Little Mix and the life as her" I say.

People look all scared and I dare to look at Zayn, he is angry, I can see it. Niall stands with the back turned to me and Eleanor gives me tumbs up. The Little Mix girls stands with there mouths open and look at me chock. 

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you before, but Perrie needed some space and I just wanted to try out how it is to be famous, so we made a deal" I say.

No one says anything still.

"Thank you for your time, and goodbye" I say and walk down the stage stairs and into the flat. I walk into the bedroom and start packing my things.

"Piper?" I hear a voice behind me and turn around to see Zayn standing behind me. "Oh hi, I am packing now, so don't yell at me for being a stupidhead and helping my sister with her plan" I say. "Why should I yell?" he asks. "I know you are angry" I say. "Yes I am angry, but it will not get any better if a yell at you, besides, it's not your fault" he says. "Who's then?" I ask. "Perrie, this was her idea right?" he asks. I nod. "See, I knew that Perrie wanted to get away from the fame when she got the chance, I just didn't see you as a chance for her to get away" he says. "So what now?" I ask. "You can stay, I like you, and now the world knows who you are, so maybe Perrie get a surprise when she opens the door tomorrow for going to your school" he says with a smile. "Sure she do, but I need to go back to my own life" I say. "I understand" he says.

"Piper" I hear another voice behind Zayn say and I look behind him to see Niall. "Hi Niall" I say. "Why did you tell, you could have kept it a secret if you wanted to" Niall says. "Wait, he did know?" Zayn asks. "Of course, I wouldn't have kissed Piper if I knew she was Perrie, do you thing I am stupid?" Niall asks. "No, sorry" Zayn says. "Perrie is your girlfriend, and I would never kiss your girlfriend, you one of my best mates" Niall says. "Yea, erm.. About that.." Zayn says. "What?" Niall asks. "Perrie and I have been in a fake relationship for 2 years" Zayn says. "WHAT?" Niall yells. "Management" Zayn says. "I kill them" Niall says. "Not uncle Si" Zayn says. "No, of course" Niall says.

"Okay, so Niall knew, who else besides you and Perrie?" Zayn asks. "Eleanor" I answer. "Why did you tell a girl you have never met before the birthday dinner for Perrie?" Zayn asks. "She won't let me keep my secret" I answer.

"But now when the secret is out, what are you doing now?" Niall asks. "I am going home, because I have made to much trouble here already" I say. "Trouble, if you call it trouble to steel my heart then you have" Niall says. "And mine" Zayn adds. "Yea, that's trouble enough" I say and take my bag and walk out of the flat.
