(^^ What Alivia wears to the party.)

8:00 pm, Friday

"I don't know A, it doesn't seem like a good idea." Max said.

I was sitting in Max's floor looking up at her. We had become really good friends ever since my first day here.

"Maybe I should, I need to make friends here." I said.

"You want friends, but not those type of friends. Don't get me wrong, your really pretty, they would let you in. But oh my god when you get in," she stared off like she was remembering something. "I've been to one vortex party before, it was a good party, but the people are crazy."

"Max, I love making friends. And there's two types of friends, fake friends and real friends. The people there can be my fake friends. But your a real friend." I laughed. "Trust me, I know what Victoria bitch is super fake, it's obvious. But there's no reason to be antisocial."

"I guess your right." She sighed. "What are you gonna wear?"

"I'm not sure," I said. "What do the people think is cool here?"

Max laughed. "I'm not one to say, I don't have much of a sense of style. Just throw something on and call it that."

"Maybe that mindset is why you have no sense of style?" I laughed.

"Probably," Max got up off of her bed and spun around to look at me. "But I don't care, we're all just here to exist."

"I'm not sure if that's deep or dumb."

Max shrugged and got her bag. "I have to get to class, I hate late classes, but text me a picture of what your wearing so I can approve."

I got up, "Why does the girl with no fashion sense get to approve my outfit?" I laughed walking out the door.

"Because I'm freaking awesome!" I heard her yell walking back to my dorm.

I guess outfits don't matter much. If people wanna know me, they'll know what I like.

I threw on some shirt and a skirt I got a while back. I'm guessing it's gonna be cold so a grabbed a jacket too.

I took a quick picture of my outfit and sent it to Max. While I was in my phone I texted Victoria.

To Victoria: hey! I was gonna head to the party now. directions? :)

From Victoria: hey I'm leaving now, meet me at the front door ;p

I walked down the hallway and down the stairs. When I got out I saw Victoria standing there with two other girls.

"Hey Alivia! How was your first week?" She said with that fake smile.

"It was good, I met a lot of people."

"Great! So these are my friends Courtney and Taylor." She said.

Courtney was a short girl with a brown bob cut. Taylor was a petite blonde with defined features.

"Hey, I've heard about you. Your new right?" Taylor said as we started walking.

"Yea that's me."

"Super cool, I've never been out of Arcadia Bay."

We walked for a few blocks until we got there. There was a huge line out front, when we showed up people in the line moved so we could walk in.

It was like a crazy daze in there. For a school event, there was a lot of drugs, not that I'm complaining.

When I first got in I v-lined for the booze. After a whole week of new school, I needed a break. I was having a lot of fun, talking to people and making friends. I was familiar with half the football team by the time I went to take a break.

I saw Courtney coming over to me from across the room. "Hey Alivia, how you like the party?"

"It's really fun, actually." I said smiling.

"Really?" She smirked. "Well with what Nathan's been saying you did, I'm surprised your not extremely popular by now." She said, while making a blow job motion with her hands.

"What?" I screamed. "But I didn't!"

"That's not what Nathan says." She trailed her voice and walked away.

This is so sick, I can't believe he would do something like this. I was walking around the place looking for him everywhere. I walked into a back room and pulled back a curtain. I found Nathan sitting, leaning in to a group of guys.

"So then I told her 'hey if you want to." And she-" he looked up at me.

Soon the whole group of guys were looking at me. I can see some of them smile and others look nervous.

"Oh, um hey Alivia." He said sheepishly.

I don't do well when I'm mad. I actually cry if I'm pissed off enough. Which doesn't make me very good in these situations.

"All of you out!" I yelled, stepping to the side. None of them moved. "I said out assholes!" I screamed with tears in my eyes.

Soon enough I looked pissed enough to get them to move. I shut the curtain and walked over to Nathan. "What the absolute fuck?"

"I'm afraid I don't know what you mean." He said sarcastically.

"Don't play dumb with me Prescott! I never gave you a blow job, or whatever the hell your telling people I did!" I screamed, almost crying.

"Look, I can explain." He said. "Victoria was pissed at me the other day. She told me she'd get me back but we stayed on talking terms. I told her what happened with us and she blew it out of the water. I'm sorry it had to happen, and I'm sorry she dragged you into it."

He sounded sincere enough. I sat down in the chair next to him and took the joint from between his fingers. "This school is so fucked, and so are you." I said, taking a puff.

"Yeah I know." He said chuckling a bit.

"In serious you know. You kept the rumor going ass bag."

"So are you mad at me or what?" He asked.

"I've dealt with worse," I said. "Plus it'll blow over quickly. I bet the Blackwell rumor mill is set to high speed these days."

"Your damn right it is."

That's the last thing I remember that wasn't totally blurry or black. I don't remember much from that night. I stayed and got high with Nathan after my little confrontation. I'm a pretty chill person, I don't get mad for too long.

I sat up in bed and scratched my head. I had the worst hangover imaginable.

I did eventually notice I was naked, but that wasn't for a while. When I did realize though, I looked down.

Laying in bed next to me, face down, the one and only, Nathan Prescott.
