*edited*Everleigh:
This week went by very, very slowly. I've been like a mad woman running around the house to finalise everything for upcoming events and on top of all that Rose got sick.
Thus making half of the house sick too. Luckily for Ash and I, and our strong immune system , we ( for the moment) aren't sick. But just my luck, of course, this morning I had to wake up feeling like crap. And to add to it I slept in Rose's bed because she was feeling poorly last night so when I woke she was wrapped in my arms, her face in the crook of my neck, snoring softly.
I put my hand on her forehead to see if she had a temperature and she didn't seem to have one.I slipped out of her bed making sure not to wake her since she hadn't slept a lot the past week nights.
I quietly walked out of her room and headed straight to my room to see if Ash was awake and to possibly fall back asleep.
But as I was walking down the hall I was hit with a sudden feeling of being light-headed, that made me stumble. Before I could make a glorious face plant in the ground, a pair of arms caught me before I fell.I looked up to see my saviour thinking it was Asher bur something about his touch felt odd. I was met with a pair of hazel eyes, not my baby blues, and a dimple-free face. Ray was the one that caught me.
"Hey, you alright there Leigh?" He asked concern clear in his voice.
I nodded regaining my balance but stumbled again into his arms."Careful! I'm bringing you back to bed!" Not feeling strong enough to tell him that I was fine and that it was probably nothing, he helped me walk back to my bedroom but not before getting his phone out and calling Asher that was in his office.
Ray laid me on my bed and covered me with the quilt.
"I'll get you a cup of coffee or something. Be right back. The boss should be..."
"How are you?" Asher came barging in nearly nocking Ray off his feet.
"Here soon." He sighed and left us alone in our room.
Ash came up to me and kneeled down my the bed and started looking for any injuries.
"I'm fine. Just lost my balance ." I place his face in my hands so that he was looking at me. I gave him a weak smile. He placed a kiss on my forehead and got back up and headed to his drawer.
"Arms up." He asked as he came back to the bed with one of his hoodies in his hands.
I obeyed him and stat up so that it would be easier for him to put the hoodie on. Once that was done he came and laid down beside me and I snuggled up close to him enjoying his warmth already feeling a lot better than I was a few minutes back.
A knock was heard and Ray appeared once more with a tray filled with all sorts of different breakfast foods. All looked amazing but when he came closer one smell was just god damn awful. He set the tray on the nightstand beside me and that made me gag. I couldn't stand it anymore i ran out of the bed with a little whimper after losing Asher's warmth and headed straight to the on suite.
I spilt my guts out not really caring that both boys were in the room next door to me.
Soon enough the familiar touch of Ash came back. He was rubbing circles on my back in a comforting manner telling me to let it all out and that all would be fine.Once I was done I started crying all that I knew. I really hate feeling this vulnerable and weak.
"Hey there baby girl, don't cry. You're alright. " He held me tightly in his arms so that my face was in his chest and his chin rested on top of my head.
