Chapter 9

I hoped for my sake that is wasn't the disgusting Human that made me.

"Y/n!"
Someone called my name repeatedly. The voice got closer and closer. It was dark, I could see a dark figure coming towards me. I ran back to a dead end and prepared to be taken again.
"Y/n" the voice was softer
I looked up and there stood before me was the person I least expected to see.
"Shawn? What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same question"
" I asked you first!"
" fine I was out on a walk when I saw someone jump out of a car, I followed the person to see if they were ok. I recognised you from the back when you slowed down a bit." Shawn replied eagerly.
I broke down in tears and began to fall to the floor heart broken and scared.
" Hhhee...hhee tried to take me"
"Who did y/n?!"
"M..y dad"
Shawn engulfed me in a hug and just listens and soothed me from crying. I finally sat back up and looked at Shawn. I must of looked awful.
Shawn just smiled.
"Thankyou" I said shakily.
"Anything for you"

"Why are you so nice to me?" I asked nervously
"Y/n I feel the need to look out for you, like I have to protect you." He admitted
"Why" I was so curious
" we should get going it's late" he responded dodging my question completely
"O..kay" I slowly tried to get up but I felt as though my legs were no longer attached to my body.
With one swift motion I was picked up and Shawn started walking. He said he was out for a walk so I didn't know where he was taking me without a car.
"You can put me down I'm fine now"
"No don't worry gorgeous it's no trouble"
I blushed.
Shawn turned into a driveway of a huge house. His house.
" I hope you don't mind but I don't know where you live and this was the closest place."
"It's fine ill test my mum and tell her I'm sleeping over at faiths for the night."
We walked into the house and I was so exhausted. Shawn led me to a bedroom and put me in a bed. He gave me a huge sweatshirt to wear and said goodnight.
I was half asleep but didn't want to be alone. I was petrified of my father getting me again.
"Please stay"
Shawn whipped his head around questioningly.
"Please, for me" I asked again.
He smiled reassuringly and walked towards the king sized heaven.
He took his shirt of. He stayed in his sweatpants and climbed into to bed with me. He was utterly gorgeous I tried not to stare and turned my head into his chest
"Thank you goodnight"
" anything for you" he repeated again
