Leslie's Demeanor

Chapter 2

*Still at Chick-Fil-A at the guy's table

"Man! I can't believe it is Senior year already!" said Luke. 

"I know, it feels like yesterday we just met each other at orientation and look at us now!" said Algee. 

"For real though! I felt like we all became brothers since day one!" said Keith. 

"And all of y'all are like my sons!" Elijah said. 

"Here we go again with your 'Megamind' head ass!" Algee said. 

"At least i'm not short like you, you little goblin!" Elijah said. 

Everybody at the table laughed after their remarks.

"Yo! Who are waving to?" Elijah said to Keith. 

"To Leslie, that's her name right?" Keith said. 

"Yeah, that's her!" said Luke. "She looks cute, though!" Keith said. 

"She aight, I guess!" Algee said. 

"What is up with you! You like her something?" said Elijah. 

"No man, I just always felt some type of way about her!" said Algee. 

"You must like her, Keith?" Luke said. 

"I mean I do, but I just don't think now is the right time to be dating anybody for me!" said Keith. 

"Aanndd, why not?" said Elijah. 

"Cause, I gotta focus on my final project and I gotta make sure I pass, otherwise I can't graduate!" said Keith. 

"You gonna be alright b, you got this!" said Algee. 

"Yeah, we all know how much you want to create your dream film!" said Luke. 

"Seriously though, we see how much work you put in to create this film!" said Elijah. 

"Besides, I don't think I know any brother at this school is putting in the work in your film!" said Algee. 

"Thanks you guys! Y'all really like my bros though! I really appreciate how much y'all been there for me!" said Keith. 

"Okay, let's not make this into some 'Lifetime' movie scene up in here, I gotta keep a reputation up!" said Algee. 

"Aanndd to what reputation you have, with your, wanna be Ralph Tresvant dead ass!" said Elijah. 

"I know your short, troll self-ain't talking!" said Luke. 

Everybody at the table was laughing at this point.

*Woody and Yazz enter and meet up with the others

"What's up Niggas?"-Woody and Yazz. "Aye"-Algee, Luke, Keith, and Elijah. "I know y'all ready for the 'Back to Campus' party i'm throwing Saturday night"-Yazz. "As usual, you always throw the best parties on campus!"-Elijah. "Seriously though, since day one, everybody and anybody who's been on campus said that you're the number one man when it comes to the party, man!"-Luke. "You know how it be, i'm legit the party man"-Yazz said while poppin his collar. "Not to mention this is ya boy's birthday weekend! Yee!"-Keith. "I know right, it's gonna be litty"-Algee. "So you already know this gonna be the best party in history"-Woody. "Exactly we not only got the usual 'Back to Campus" turn up, but Keith's birthday weekend as well, y'all know I can't wait!"-Luke. "Hey, I was just thinking, what if you invite Leslie to the party, Keith"-Elijah. "I mean, since you ask about her!"-Luke. "Wait a minute, you gonna ask Leslie to come to the party?"-Yazz. "I mean, I can ask her if she want to go!"-Keith. "She might say no"-Algee. "Now why your salty self gotta say that just because you don't like her"-Woody. "I mean, she probably would say no"-Algee. "He's right though! Ever since Freshman year, i've convinced Leslie to come to almost every party I had and she always end up saying she's either busy or doing something!"-Yazz. "Well, maybe I can change her mind!"-Keith. "Good luck with that!"-Yazz.
