"MOM! Did you take my pearl dollars?" I holler from my room. I was going to camp today, and it's for a week. It's in the fairy realm, which I'm glad of. I've made plenty of friends in the fairy realm for the past few years. Going to camp is an annual thing going on with my friends and I, we've kept this tradition up for about 7 years now. "No! It should be in your backpack!" My mom yells back and I hear a clank from downstairs. I sigh and ramble through my leather backpack, I dig deep down and find yes, my pearl dollars. Hopefully they'll let me exchange it for pixie dollars somehow.
"ANGELINA! Your carriage is here!" My mom alerts me. I take a deep breath and sling my backpack over my shoulders, then I simply swim straight down to the entrance of my home. My mom hands me a baggy of shrimp, which smelled amazing. I gladly take it and we both click our tails, then I swim out to the carriage. The carriage looked different then the years before, it had a dark feeling to it, and additionally it was all purple and black. The carriages before were green and pink, and there were beautiful vines crawling out. There was something very different.
I climb into the carriage and a huge "fairy" looks back at me. She had pretty wings but her ripped up dress and creepy smile made it seem wrong. "Here we come, camp." She smirks and turns to face the front. The carriage moves and I look around. Lily, Gianni, Elizabeth, Megan, and Kayla sat in here with me. I'm guessing that Leann and Natalie had their own rides. "Am I the only one who thinks that this seems a little suspicious?" Lily comments and ruffles her hair. I nod in agreement and watched the driver intently.
The carriage rises from the waters and drove down the beach, to the, witch realm? "Err, miss? I think you're possibly going the wrong way. The fairy camp is all the way to the other side of the island." I nervously say and scratch the back of my neck. "Mm.. Ξέρω, αγάπη μου. Δώσε μου ένα δευτερόλεπτο για να βρω το σωστό ξόρκι. CUHCIO MUBI!" She replies in Greek and the other girls snap into a trance.
The lady turns to look at me and a surprised look covers her face. "CUHCIO MUBI!" I point my horn at her, then I face my friends,"UNMUBI!" The driver is dazed, and my friends were staring at me and her, concerned. "Why did you just snap the driver into, err, trance?" Gianni eyes me and sets her chin on her hand. "She's not a good person to be around. I don't think she's trying to drive us to our right destination." I sigh and look out the carriage. We were all in our human forms, so we could basically run right now.
The witch was starting to come out of her trance, so I had no choice. "We have to run, like now. She's going to come back soon (I point to the lady), and might kill us. I don't know where we're going but LETS GO." I growl and we all climb out, running through the forest, and down and down. You shouldn't expect me to know what lands belong to whose, because I have not been this far into land.
"W-Where.. are.. we... going..?" Kayla breathlessly looks at me, running. I shrug to her and we all speed down the forest. The forest was red, which meant that this territory belonged to fire. Any minute now, we could be dead. The fire demons don't enjoy water spirits coming into their land. I suddenly heard a small gasp and I turn around. Elizabeth and Megan were right in front of a fire demon. Maybe, the fire princess.
She had long black hair with jade eyes, and a grim smirk plastered on her face. "Well, well. What have we got here?" The princess eyes us, but her eyes land on Lily. "Oh, you." She looks at her in disgust. Lily frowns and immediately growls,"Yes, me. Thanks for the welcoming invite princess Azar!!1!" Azar looks at Lily in surprise, probably wondering why Lily was thanking her. "It's a sarcastic comment! Jeez, take a joke!" Lily sighs once again, and rolls her eyes. Um, so what? What happened between the two?
"Whatever, I have a little friend of yours with me who didn't come with you on your trip to your "camp"." Princess Azar smirks and 2 guards step up from the shadows.
"SEIZE THEM!" She yells in demand.
