Chapter 12

Woke up 6 in the morning and it was rainy. I also forgot where I put my phone last night. I went downstairs and saw Aunt Thessa and Niall eating breakfast, they completely forgot to call me.

"Enjoying breakfast?" I fake glared at the both of them.

"Sorry, Niall woke up few minutes before you and approached me to cook something." Aunt Thessa just smiled and let me sat beside them, eating breakfast.

"Aren't you gonna go home yet Niall?" I cared to ask.

"I don't know yet. Still waiting for a phone call."

"Why can't you just walked to the flat?" I whispered to myself.

"I seriously did hear you, cheeky." Niall laughed and finished his breakfast.

He went to the kitchen and rinsed his plate, then went straight ahead to the family room.

"Have you messaged Zeke though? I miss that boy." Aunt Thessa hand me my milk.

"Oh gosh, I definitely forgot. I miss him so much. If only he's back, I would definitely hug him all day." I messed my hair and ran back upstairs. It look me a little while to search my phone and I ended up finding it inside the covers. I jumped on my bed and turned my phone on then directly messaged Zeke.

"Hey Zeke, I miss you now. Please come back here. Niall's currently staying at home, his car broke down last night. Anyways, wish you all the best there. Take care, love you so much. Hann Xx"

I was a little sad knowing Zeke will never come back for reasons. I miss those days where we used to fake fight, and even mess around. I never realized I will be bored and broken without him, which definitely means I need him, so much. I was sobbing inside the room. But I wanted to low my voice down, because I don't want Aunt Thessa nor Niall to hear me cry. Well, I thought no one would hear, but I was wrong. Niall barged in to my room.

"You alright?" He asked while trying to comfort me.

"Yeah. Just missing home. And Zeke." I tried to hide what I was feeling. Felt so down and broken inside.

"It's gonna be okay, don't you worry." He wiped my tears away and smiled. I thought I was gonna feel good, but all I was thinking was Zeke, and home.

"Want me to take you somewhere?" He wanted to cheer me up.

"Nah, I wanna stay home, and you'll have to go back to the flat." I just messed his hair and lie down to bed.

He seemed so down seeing me broken, so he pulled a pillow and threw it to my face. He just laughed at me kept on throwing soft things at me.

"Stop it Niall." I tried not to laugh but he started poking me and I was carried away. I laughed and started running outside the room. He chased me and we ran to the stairs, but suddenly, he broke the vase aunt Thessa owned.

"Niall. You broke the vase." I teased him and scared him. "Aunt Thessa would never be amused. I'm gonna tell her." I ran straight ahead to the kitchen to tell Aunt Thessa but he grabbed my waist and tried to stop me.

"You're not going anywhere." He giggled and carried me back to the room.

"You put me down Horan."

"How about no?"

"I'll scream if you won't." I threatened him but it seems it's not working. "I'll definitely scream, you prick."

"Watch the language." He laughed and put me down to my room. "Stay here beautiful."

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"I forgot my phone inside Zeke's room. I'll be back." He went outside and I creeped outside the room as well, I ran downstairs and landed to the couch, but before I did, I kept the broken vase and put it in a bag.

"Hannah?" Niall hollered upstairs.

"What are you guys doing?" Aunt Thessa went to the family room and handed me her special sandwich.

"A sandwich!" I hollered so Niall could hear it and rushed downstairs.

"Anything for me?" He begged.

"None. Get your own." I stuck my tongue out and smiled.

"I have a couple more in the kitchen, go grab yourself a sandwich." Aunt Thessa patted Niall in the back and sat beside me. "You both are great friends now. I'm glad."

"Yeah, but he accidentally broke your vase." I said unintentionally.

She bawled her eyes out and hollered, "What?!"

"I mean, yeah. But that was an accident. It's okay aunt Thessa, he can fix it." I smiled.

"He should."

Niall rushed to the family room and told us someone's gonna pick him up. I was a little sad because we just started but he needs to go home too.

"But you broke my vase." Aunt Thessa was a little angry.

"Hannah?" He looked at me and all I did was eat the sandwich and pretended I didn't hear anything. "Anyways, I'll just gonna buy something for you both." He smiled.

He waited for few minutes and kept on throwing the pillow at me.

"Nialler!" I exclaimed.

"What? I'm gonna miss you."

"Gonna miss you too."

It was time already, the driver knocked the door and looked for Niall.

"Niall's here." I pointed Niall hiding in the corner.

He messed my hair and waved. "Bye lovely." He also gave Aunt Thessa a hug. And when he already went home, I was sad again so I decided to take a nap on the couch.
