Chapter 1- Don't flirt with my students

Annabeth's P.O.V

I woke up in my bed, and rolled over to see my alarm clock next to my bed. It read 8:01

That's when I shot up. "Percy! We're going to be late for work!" I exclaimed patting his side of the bed. I only felt the softness of a pillow under the blankets. "Percy?" I asked pulling the blanket up on his side.

Then the bathroom door opened. I looked toward that direction and saw Percy wearing just a towel and he was brushing his teeth.

Thank the gods! I thought. "Percy! You scared me half to death! I thought you were kidnapped or something!" I exclaimed.

"Well good morning to you too" He said taking the tooth brush out of his mouth. "Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked jumping out of bed.

He just chuckled. "I wanted to see how long you could sleep without waking up" Percy said. "Not funny. I have to be to work in 19 minutes at the latest!" I said.

I worked at a middle school near the apartment building Percy and I live at as a history teacher, and Percy works as the swim teams coach there.

"Well I have to, too!" He said watching me as I walked into the bathroom and grinned. Then started cracking up. "What? Percy! did you draw on me while I was asleep again?" I asked angrily. "Maybe" He said.

"Perseus Jackson! If you do one more thing to me I swear on the styx I will have the Stoll's help me get revenge on you!" I said, and pushed him out of the bathroom so I could take a shower.

I closed the door and heard Percy knock on it. "I still have to brush my teeth! And my clothes are in there!" He complained. "Brush your teeth in the kitchen then and find a new pair of clothes!" I hollered before getting into the shower.

After I got dressed, I walked out of the bathroom and saw Percy was eating cereal at the table with a T-shirt, Jeans and Converse on.

"So, How was the shower?" He asked. "Cold" I said and took a piece of cereal from Percy's bowl. "Hey! Get your own!" He said pouting.

"Suck it up" I said laughing. I checked the time. 8:14

Dang, I get ready fast!

"Percy, Let's go" I said grabbing an apple from the kitchen. I walked to the door and saw Percy following me.

Percy opened the door for me and said, "Ladies first". I went through the door and he followed.

When we got to the school, it was already 8:20 so we ran as fast as we could to our classes. Well, for him he ran to the pool.

Every teacher has to get to class early even if they aren't a homeroom teacher. I read the clock when I got to my classroom. 8:21

I'm doomed. Luckily, no one noticed so I wasn't doomed.

Later in the day, the bell rang for my first class to come. The first to come in was someone I would never expect to see.

Leo.

"Leo?" I asked laughing. "Are you going back to middle school?" I joked. "Ha, ha. Very funny. Now give me a hug" He said and we hugged.

I haven't seen him since Percy and I's honey moon when we skyped. "Oooo! Mrs. Jackson is cheating on Mr. Jackson!" A bratty student said.

Instantly, I pushed Leo back and saw the student was Molly. My least favorite student. She always assumes the worst things. Or the most Illogical. "Molly. this is my friend Leo" I said trying to sound polite.

She just ignored me and went to her desk. Everyone walked in and Leo went to sit in an empty desk. "Today we will be learning about Greek Mythology" I said. I saw Leo smirk. I ignored him and continued the lesson.

"If its Mythology then why are we learning it?" Jimmy asked. "Because it's required for you to know" I answered quickly. "Now, Anymore questions?" I asked. Everyone remained quiet. Then Leo raised his hand.

"How about you teach them about my favorite myth. You know, the one about Poseidon and Medusa. In Athena's temple..." Leo said chuckling. I glared at him.

It's extremely hard to ignore him but I tried my best. "You know, instead of learning about Greek mythology, how about you all watch me beat Leo to a pulp?" I asked. "But your a teacher. you cant fight" Molly said.

Leo stared at my with wide eyes, full of fright. "Oh, you'll be surprised on what I can do" I said laughing. "You know, I think I hear Piper calling me. I got to go! Ok, Bye!" He said and ran out the door.

Everyone laughed. "Who was that?" Beatrice asked. "That was a friend of mine. His name is Leo" I said. "Is he single?" Veronica asked. Everyone laughed. Then he poked his head back in. "Yes, yes I am" He said winking, then left.

"Leo! No flirting with the students!" I called to him. But he probably couldn't hear me.

Before I knew it, the class was over so I headed to the pool to see Percy. I saw he was teaching a class of all boys.

All of the boys (Including Percy) were wearing Speedos. I couldn't help but laugh. I leaned my shoulder on the door way and watched as 4 boys got onto diving boards over the water. "You know the rules! Don't break them. Now, on your mark, get set..." Percy began to say.

"Go!" He blew his whistle and the boys jumped into the water. Percy looked in my direction. I laughed. He looked embarrassed to see me. "Annabeth!" He said and walked over to me. I walked over to him so I could get my shoulder off of the hard door.

"I didn't know you would be here!" He said awkwardly. When we walked up close to each other, he pulled me up closer and we kissed. "Ew!" The boys on the risers said. I laughed and stepped back from Percy.

I walked over to them. "Shut up! Your going to be like that when your older! Well, that is if you ever get girlfriends" I sassed.

Percy laughed. He walked over to them and whispered loudly, "She gets her sass from me".

That's when the wall crumpled down revealing a big, Black, Hell hound.
