Chapter 2- Bringing Sexy Back

Annabeth's P.O.V

"Holy Hera...?" Percy muttered with confusion in his voice. We walked toward the wall. Dust from the walls cleared and we saw a big, black dog.

I gasped, surprised by what I see. "Mrs. O'Leary!" I exclaimed running toward Percy's Hell hound. I didn't bother to see who was riding it.

I haven't seen Mrs. O'Leary since Percy and I's honeymoon. We also skyped Tyson who was with Mrs. O'Leary.

"Rachel!" Percy said and I turned around to see him hugging Rachel. "Uhm.... We still have a class going on!" A boy yelled.  "Class dismissed!" Percy yelled behind his shoulder. "I thought Leo was supposed to bring you guys to camp 30 minutes ago" Rachel began to say as the boy's exited.

"Oh! He was? Well we had a little disagreement" Percy said scratching the back of his neck. "Percy..." I began to say walking over to him. "What did you do?" I asked slowly. "Well... before class began Leo visited and thought he was being funny by saying that Annabeth's cheating on me so I splashed him a little" Percy admitted.

I could tell my face was going red. Percy and Rachel were staring at me. "Where is he?" I asked. "Locker room" Percy said pointing to a door that had the boys sign on it.

I walked toward the locker room. When I opened the door I saw Leo holding a wrapped towel around himself and was shivering. "Leo!" I said. "Oh! sh-" Leo jumped back and said before seeing it was me. "Oh, it's just you" He said.

I grabbed him by the ear and pulled him out, ignoring him repeating "ow, ow! hey! that hurts!"

I pushed him over to Percy after we got closer. "Explain" I demanded letting go of his ear. Leo just laughed. "Sorry, I cant take Percy seriously when he wears a speedo!" Leo said looking at me. I grabbed a towel and tossed it at Percy. He caught it and wrapped it around himself.

"Better?" He asked. "What ever helps you sleep at night" Leo said. "Ok! We don't have time for this! We were supposed to have you at camp a while ago!" Rachel said frustratedly. "Percy, Annabeth. On Mrs. O'Leary. Leo," Rachel demanded and turned to Leo. "Get your own ride to Camp Half-Blood" She said bitterly and the 3 of us got on Mrs. O'Leary.

After a while, I asked Percy if it was just a little splash. "More like a tsunami" He admitted. "Percy!" I said laughing. "He deserved it" Rachel said laughing as well.

We've been getting some looks by mortals as we rode Mrs. O'Leary around New York to get to Camp.

We don't know what mortals see, but it must be pretty embarrassing. What I think is that mortals see two normal grown up girls and a guy wearing a speedo, riding a dog.

Once we had to stop at a minit mart because Mrs. O'Leary and Percy got hungry and it didn't go very well.

A girl about my age (23) came up to Percy while Rachel and I were getting waterbottles and Percy was getting snacks.

I didn't like eavesdropping on Percy, but this is one thing where I had an excuse. "Hey" She said all flirtatiously.

ugh

Percy, I bet, was trying to pretend she wasn't there. Then she tapped on his shoulder.  "Hey" She repeated once Percy turned around.

idiot

"Oh! you were talking to me?" He asked. "Yeah," She said. "I was thinking we could hang out sometime. You, me. alone" She said.

That's it!

I walked over to Percy and the girl like I didn't know what was happening. I stood next to Percy. "Hi, my name is Annabeth" I introduced. "I'm Katelyn" The girl introduced. "Nice to meet you" were the last words I spoke to her before punching her in the jaw.

"Have a nice day!" I said and walked out of the minit mart.

By the time we got to Thalia's tree outside of Camp, Jason flew over to us and told Rachel to stop moving.

Rachel did so, "Jason, is anything wrong?" She asked. "Books. Books are wrong. I need to take Percy to safety, the Athena girls have read these books about Percy's life and since they know he's actually real, they are trying to find him. They call themselves the fangirls" Jason said and lifted up Percy by his arms.

"I've heard of them..." Percy said. "We have to go... to safety!" Percy announced and they flew away. "Nice seeing you, too!" I hollered to Jason and jumped off of Mrs. O'Leary's back. "Has everyone stayed at camp except for Percy and I?" I asked Rachel once she got off of Mrs. O'Leary.

She shook her head. "Everyone was called back" She said. "How come?" I asked. If everyone has been called back, something serious must have happened.

"Nobody knows. Well, except for Chiron and Mr. D" She explained. "You don't even know?" I asked. "I'm surprised you don't, girl who can find out about a myth with out even hearing about it and just making it up" Rachel said.

"Oh my gods, you know what happened when I followed the Mark of Athena?" I asked. "Books. Books have changed the camper's. They've been making me read books that have obviously been written by someone who has been stalking you ever since you were 12" Rachel said.

Suddenly I felt light headed.

"You Okay?" Rachel asked. I nodded. "Just a little light headed. Haven't been here since the wedding. Nervous" I lied.

I didn't want to think about being stalked so I changed the subject. "How has camp been?" I asked as we walked in. "everything is the same. You know, except that fangirls have taken over camp. Jason, Leo, Frank, Hazel and Piper have been chased all day ever since they got back" Rachel explained.

I laughed. Then stopped. With a question on my mind, I asked, "How come Frank is here? Shouldn't he be at Camp Jupiter since he's Praetor?" Rachel shook her head. "He said that he got Dakota to cover for him. Whoever that is" She said.

After walking around Camp for a while, Rachel and I found Piper hiding in the bushes. We talked for a while then Rachel had to go.

I convinced Piper to come out and we walked around camp. Then the speakers started but instead of a counselor speaking, it was a song.

Brining Sexy Back was playing and Jason and Percy were walking around camp. Jason was wearing a red bandana, an unbuttoned red and white plaid button down, a white tank top, jeans and converse while Percy was the same thing except he had a blue and white plaid button down that was unbuttoned and he didn't have a bandana. They both had messy hair, like always.

"Oh, gods" Piper said putting her head in her hands. Then we both started laughing. Piper lifted her head as the boys came walking over to us. "You like?" Percy asked. "Gods! You two are idiots" I said laughing. "I second that!" Piper said raising her hand then putting it down.

Then I heard a girl screaming in the back ground, saying "THERE THEY ARE!" then a crowd started running toward us and we were off in a run.
