"Blair? Blair...." I heard voices around me but they were muffled by these soft pillows surrounding me. Last night's encounter was still fresh in my mind and I was in no mood to leave this bed of mine until noon. Staying up late had their consequences.

"I don't think she'll be waking up anytime soon...."

"BLAIR!" My body sat up right away while my head spun as I tried to process what was going on in my room. I took deep breaths and watched as the objects around me went still. I looked up at Tessa who in return looked down at me with a scowl painted on her lips. I blinked and let my eyes adjust to the morning light streaming from my window.

"What?" I said but actually it came out more of a yawn. Something like "Whann". Tessa cocked her hip and rolled her eyes. I straightened myself on my bed and watched a lanky guy waiting by the door frame. His hair was tousled in every direction causing me to assume he slept here at this building because of too much alcohol intake. I rubbed my eyes making sure the light wasn't playing any tricks on me. He looked oddly familiar.

"You're coming with me." It was a declaration. It meant that I had no choice but to obey because there really wasn't any point in arguing. My eyes drifted from her, to the guy at the door, to the girl on the bed who was snoring like a full grown man.

"Why?" I groaned, still half-asleep. Going out was not on my agenda. I was planning on sleeping half of the day then contemplate on what to do with Catherine's letter....and her confession about her feelings. I was confused why she would even consider breaking up with him. He was perfect. He had messy coppery red brown hair and striking blue eyes that any girl would fall for. Plus he was in a band and he has talent. Also his smile is down right gorgeous...I should stop doing this. The more I pointed out his perfections the more it made me think about falling for him. I pushed the thought away from my mind because I don't even want to consider stealing Garrett away from Catherine. It was a no-no.

The letter was still hidden inside my bag that was carelessly thrown on the floor. I made sure that no one would see it and I was planning on keeping it that way. But I knew that I had to reply to Catherine soon. The only problem was what to say.

Tessa was still standing before me in a floral top and some denim shorts. Her brown hair was pulled up into a messy bun and her feet were adorned with strappy sandals. Her hazel eyes bore into mine while she shrugged.

"I owe that guy--" She pointed at the one hanging by the door. "A ride home."

I groaned again and pushed myself off the bed. I was still wearing the same clothes from yesterday but they didn't give off that disgusting stench yet. My shorts on the other hand needed to be changed.

"Fine." I replied, stretching my arms. I glanced at the clock and frowned. Why would she of all people, who is by the way intoxicated by alcohol the night before, be able to wake up at seven in the morning just so she could drive this guy home? It didn't make any sense.

"Just let me change." Tessa rolled her eyes and left the room. She slammed the door shut causing me to cringe in reply. I went over to my drawers and pulled out a fresh new pair of skinny jeans. I brushed my hair and tied it up once again into a decent ponytail. I felt like I needed to have a good impression with a guy around but then again, it might have been ruined due to the fact he has seen me sleeping on my bed.

Reece stirred as I did all of this but she didn't even peek. I sighed and grabbed my phone from my bag and a couple of dollars just in case I wanted to buy something on the way. I scurried over to the door and saw Tessa eagerly chatting with the unknown man bestowed upon me. I cleared my throat and the two of them snapped their head to me at the same time.
