" yess, I'm finally 20. I'm no longer I teenager!!" I yelled across the room at Kia.
" Girl, your still a damn teen in my eyes you still can't drank. Even though yo ass does it anyways." She laughed.
" Good thing you said that because I'm going to pissed drunk by the end of the night probably. Then ending up in bed with Jahseh. With his big....."
Before I could finish Kia turned around so quick she almost fell over.
" Bitch if you finish that sentence, I'm taking my shit and going home for the night." She said playfully.
"Kia, I'm just playing. I don't need to be drinking anyways."
Laughing, I started to get ready for my party. I'm not really focused on how I dress today. Right now I just want to enjoy being around my friends.
I headed downstairs to find Kia done decorating. The food was all set up and ready for everyone to come in.
It wasn't until hours later people started coming in. Even some of my old high school friends from here, even thought most of them went to college I still talked to them.
Walking around and talking with everyone. I felt a hand pull onto my shoulder. Turning around I was met with a familiar face.
" Hey scarlet, it's been a while."
It was travis, a old friend of mine. I really didn't expect him to be here.
" here's the present I got you, I hope it's the right size."
I grabbed the box from him and opened it revealing a beautiful blue dress.
" thank you Travis this is perfect. I'm sure it will fit me fine."
Even though that's what came out of my mouth , that's definitely not what I wanted to say. What I truly wanted to tell his ass is buying an expensive present it not going to win me over
In high school, he kept trying to get a date with but I was Tyler it the time so I had to let him down. Now ever since he's been trying to contact me though social media but I just blocked him.
" Where's Tyler , I haven't seen him in a while."
" Um..we actually broke up. My boyfriend, Jahseh, should be here in the next hour. I bet your really excited about meeting him." I said sarcastically.
Just by my words, I could tell mentioning my new boyfriend made him upset.
All the girls in the world, he still kept running after someone who didn't want him.
" oh, well... I'm gonna go talk to Kia then." He said before walking towards the kitchen.

The night was going perfect, me and Kia got to catch with some of our girls. It was lit as fuck. But Jahseh was running late. I was kinda getting worried.
The night was a coupe hours from being over and he wasn't here yet.
I was walking around and finally laid my eyes on stokeley, who was talking with Kia.
