Davey is telling Jade to warn him before leaving him to possibly be with women. December is a metaphor for Davey always feeling alone, cold and empty without Jade.

As i said, December is a metaphor for Davey feeling cold. an (ice) sculpture could mean his lips. meaning if Jade kisses Davey then he'll stay with him because he knows he truly loves Davey.

unsure/Davey being made of sugar could mean sweetness and ice could mean inside he's cold.

It's in the blood could mean that Davey has put his blood, sweat and tears into his relationship with Jade. or that he loves him so much that he can feel it in his blood. and i met my love before i was born could mean he feels like he was born to be with and love Jade

unsure/Davey is describing kissing Jade. when he kisses him it's like all of the pain from past relationships and heartbreak goes away.

unsure/Davey could be telling Jade to look in the mirror and realize who he really is. por siempre means forever/always. Davey(or jade) could be saying he'll love him forever.

This could mean a previous girlfriend of Davey(or jade) noticed that they seemed distant from them because they were in love with someone else and always thought about them.

Once again, considering you've watched the video, i'm not going to cover the whole video. just the Javey related parts.

The beginning of the video starts with the ending of The Interview. where Jade and Davey sing together. this video doesn't have as much Javey related scenes as other videos do. but in almost every scene that Davey and Jade appear in, they appear one after the other. as the song starts, Davey is walking up to the guys and seems to be heading more towards Jade than Adam and Hunter. as the guys start walking, Davey walks behind Jade. this could be a metaphor for Jade being the dominant one in the relationship. at the end of the video, the girl pulling Davey down into the water could be a metaphor for Jade and Davey's relationship being "killed" by Jade being with women instead of him.
