I know it's been a very long time since I updated, I hope you're not angry with me for that. I've just been crazy busy and the other stories got a bit ahead of this. I apologise, I promise to update more often on this one from now one. I hope you'll like the chapter, it's a bit harder, but I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless. You may or may not have noticed that I reworked the previous three chapters, it'll make for an easier read I hope.

Saturday morning Terry was the one to come and pick her key up, saying the other four were already waiting at the building of her apartment. She quickly joined them, showing them the apartment and say more or less where which had to go before going back to do her job at the beach.

By the time she went home after a busy day, she stopped on her way to pick up quite a bit of beer and food for the guys. they'd earned it after helping her out after all. But when she walked into her apartment building she hadn't expected this. she'd expected to come home to boxes she'd still have to put together on her next day off, the day after tomorrow and the day after that. But no that wouldn't be the case. "What the...." she paused, looking around the place. Her entire apartment was set up, all her furniture had been put together, it looked like home. "I can't thank you guys enough for this." she whispered in disbelief as she put the beer on the counter along with the bags of food. She turned to the lads and their other halves and thanked them over and over again. The night ran pretty much out and when everyone went home. she was all to happy when she got to spend her first day at her own place. It felt like bliss to her. She couldn't enjoy it to much as she had to get to work tomorrow again and headed to bed. On the days that she didn't work, someone would replace her from the local clinic, but they weren't a trauma doctor. And apparently the guys didn't like to work with him as much as they liked to work with her. But working seven on seven would be a little to much.

The following morning it felt a bit strange for her to wake up all alone though. In London there had always been her friends. Here for the first two weeks she'd had Harries to stay with. Now she was well and truly alone for the very first time in a long time.

New Years and Christmas, her very first in Australia went by in a flash with a lot of laughter and fun. It had been incredibly busy as well, but had so much fun at the same time. She'd nearly pissed herself laughing when Yatesy was portraying Santa Claus. She spend New Years Eve with the single men going out, but not to long. She had to be on duty again the following day. But for the first time since getting here, she'd let her hair down.

Five days after New Years, she'd been in Sydney for a month now, enjoying every moment of it. Of course she missed her family and friends. Yes she called them a lot, but it wasn't the same, it was the only downside of living here and working here.

She was watching the ocean along with Kerrbox, the last month had been incredibly busy. A heat wave that wouldn't stop was present and it gave her plenty of work and she enjoyed it a lot more then what she had been doing for the last five years in London. Something about being on the beach, the sun, it must be doing her some good, she felt the happiest she'd been in a long time.

"She doesn't even recognise her own friends anymore." she heard a voice to her right say, a very familiar voice at that. Whipping her head around she saw Emma, Luke and Autumn standing there with smirks on their faces. They were dressed in bikini's. And she hated Luke's gut half the time, he was like a damn mode for a swim wear catalogue.

She couldn't help herself but run over to them and throw her arm around them. Luke was the first one as he caught her, his arms wrapping around her middle, squeezing her against his chest as he kissed the side of her face. "Hey Murdock, we missed you." he told her as she let out a chuckle, he was like a brother to her and she was more than happy to see them again.
