I woke up this morning to my mother yelling my name as usual. She's basically my second alarm clock
"Ma, I'm Up! " I answered hoping she won't come in here
I began to pick out what I was gonna wear in which I decided on my Burgundy hoodie with my ripped blue jeans and Tims. I headed to the bathroom to get ready when I heard my moms yelling from downstairs
"Bye baby, see you later, Love you! "
"Love you too, bye! " I yelled back and I heard the door slam
I continued to get ready when I heard my phone go off. I just ignored it and continued to get in the shower, it was probably just Brandon.

After I got out the shower I lotioned up and put my clothes on. I checked my phone to see what Brandon wanted only to see that it was a text from Carti.

Rocky POV
I was laying in my bed smoking a blunt and watching Punk'd. I was up earlier than usual for whatever reason so I just decided to stay up instead of fighting my body.
I heard someone knock at my door. It was early as fuck and I wasn't expecting anybody so I just ignored whoever it was. To my surprise whoever the hell it was didn't go away and kept knocking so I got up and headed downstairs to see Amanda standing at the door. I quickly opened the door for her.
"Damn Amanda I ain't know it was you. I thought you was a crack head or something, come in"
She gave me a small smile and walked in I locked the door behind her and gave her a hug.
"Whats good? You out early, have you ate? I got some captain crunch, them your favorite" I offered
She chuckled and started fidgeting with her hands
"I can't believe you remember that"
"Yea I remember that why wouldn't I ? That's all you ever wanted to eat no matter what time of day it was"
We both laughed in unison then it got real quiet. I didn't quite know what to say to her but she did look bothered, sad even.
"So uhh wassup, you came over to chill with me like old times"
"No I actually came over to talk to you.. "
I just looked at her, giving her my attention
"Rakim do you remember this day? "

"Yea, when we went to that Harlem Culture Festival. Yea I remember because you was buggin all damn day but what about it?"
She just got quiet and she began to turn red
"Rakim .. I was.. I was 10 weeks"
