اَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شَرِّ الشَّیْطَانِ وَ شَرِّھَا۔
1. Spit on the left side three times and read: I seek refuge with Allah from the evil of Satan and its (i.e. dream’s) evil.
2.Change sleeping position.
