"Wake up already!" Luna says, pushing me out of bed. "It's a special training day they said."

"How about nah. They woke me up just to torture me earlier, perhaps they just want to do the same again" I moan,

"Come on. You have to." Luna groans.

"Fine, but you owe me for this." I say, standing up and heading to the bathroom to freshen up.

It seems that instead of regular clothes they put special black suits that feels like silk and rubber black boots. Weird. I put them on anyways and I head to where the training room is supposed to be but when I head inside there seems to be a stage and everyone is crowding in front of it. Everyone looks well rested aside from a more positive Tray and I. I envy those who got their good night sleep. I head to Dark.

"What's happening?" I ask him, he shakes his head.

"I have no idea. Why do you look so tired?" He asks me,

"Can't tell you." I say,

"Come on, I'm the lea- I mean most you could trust." He says, I raise an eyebrow.

"Fine, but you tell no one else." I say.

"Ok." He says.

I tell him everything, his eyes grow bigger at the alter ego Luna part. He even steps a foot away.

"Jeez, it's not like I'm gonna go cray cray now." I say to him, narrowing my eyes.

"Sorry, just a little scared." He shudders,

"Hello," a booming voice that belongs to John says. "You all must be wondering what all this is for. Well, since you have proven your incredible skill at combat, we shall test the one that really counts; survival."

"Most of you shall be put into jungles or forests once you're done with the training,-"

"Sir?" Inferno asks loudly, I cover my ears and wince at the pain. Man, that guy is loud. "Why can't we just stay here? It'll be better if we stay here, safe, instead of risking our lives out there."

"My dear boy, you cannot stay here because there have been riots on the outside and everyone is starting an uprise due to what you hold. The government shall be destroyed thus creating chaos until the apocalypse comes. See, we need you to move all around the globe so it'll be harder to find you. Most of you shall be moved to islands in Asia, others in cities in America."

"Okay." Dark says, in a high pitched voice. I choke down a laugh. Some others giggle.

"So, we shall put you in a special arena and you shall learn how to survive. If you are in a situation where you are close to death, need not worry because we shall fetch you right away, heal you and put you back. You shall stay for one night, we shall fetch you at nightfall on the second day. Advise; never panic." He says. He pushes a button that opens a big, unnoticeable, metal, rusty gate that leads to a forest. It looks dark, misty, and creepy.

"So, you're p-putting us in a f-forest?" I stutter nervously, I tremble a little in fear.

"Sorry, but yes." He nods apologetically.

We all walk in and form different groups, I go to the one with Destruction (Des), Tray, and Dark. The air is heavy and misty, the forest is noisy with animal and bug noises, the ground is muddy, the place is basically covered in trees and moss,it's really cold, I hear water.

"Guys, I hear water." I say.

"Yo, Dark, can you summon it over?" Des asks,

"No, I don't know where it is, I can sense it's near though, let's follow my guts and the sound." He says, cautiously.

Luckily, we find the trench, it heads to a big lake, but there are bears there so we just stay by the trench, it's big enough to swim in anyways. Des takes a handful of water.

"Hold on, Des, we don't know if that's safe." Tray warns. I take Des's hand, it seems clean.

"It's okay, but don't take too much," I say to her, "You might need to pee later and we don't have any toilets, so the lesser the better." I wrinkle my nose.

"None of us wants to go lumberjack style." She says, shuddering.

"So, I'll hunt for some food." I say, standing up.

"I'll come with you." Tray says, "Drinking water is painful for me anyways."

"Hey, let's get some firewood while we're at it." I say, heading out.

"Yeah, that'll be good, oh, deer!" He says pointing toward a deer. I strike it immediately with an icicle.

"It was about to run away, you're lucky I got it. You were too loud." I scolded, throwing the seemingly weightless deer over my shoulder, securing it from falling by holding its legs.

"Sorry." He says,

"It's alright." I say, creating an axe with my free hand and chopping down a tree, and Tray does the rest of the work.

We head back, Des and Dark seem to be engaged in a conversation about our survival.

"Hey, you're back! With food and wood! Sort of." Dark says.

"I saw some berries over there near the lake, you wanna get some?" Des asks,

"Okay, you guys, set up the fire, roast the deer, keep the pelt, we'll check out the berries which I hope are not poisonous." I say, the guys nod.

We head down to a point near the lake, the bears don't seem to see us. I check the berries, they're white, hard as rocks, and have a bitter smell. Des almost tosses one in her mouth before I stop her.

"No! They're poisonous." I whisper yell at her.

"How do you know?" She whispers,

"I read a book where if they're like this they're poisonous." I tell her quietly,

"Sorry." She whispers.

We head back and the guys seem to have done everything we needed them to.

"How was it?" Dark asks, heating his hands by the fire.

"Poisonous." I say, sitting by the fire, hugging my knees to my chest, staring at the flames' eccentric dance.

"How did they look like?" He asks,

"They were white, hard, and bitter smelling." I say, still staring.

Once the deer was roasted, we eat it. The sun has fallen. I hug the deer pelt closer to me. We stay silent.

The next thing I hear is a wolf howling right behind me.
