Apocalypse

"Can you believe that?!" Chaos panics, chugging a soda. "We're going to the outside. Tomorrow."

Chaos, Tray, Dark, and I are sitting at one table. We're eating our dinner, panicked at the fact that we're leaving.

"Don't worry, Chaos, I'm sure you'll be fine." Tray comforts.

"What happens if the rioters find us and torture us?!" I panic, biting my burger.

"Stop panicking, Insanity, we'll all take care of each other." Tray continues.

"Why could they have just made us immortal?!" Dark whines,

"Modern day technology isn't there yet." I say.

"Well, I wish it was." Dark pouts.

"Ha. Havoc and Inferno are eating alone." Chaos smirks, nodding to the two loners,

We head back into our rooms.

"Luna, what am I gonna do? I'm not ready yet, I'll probably flip out on the first minute." I lay on my bed.

"Think positive, Insane. You have to." She says, closing her eyes,

"I'll try." I close mine too.....

"ALL GUARDIANS AND TRAINEES, PLEASE REPORT TO THE TRAINING ROOM." The intercom alerts.

"No!" I scream.

"Insanity, calm-" Luna starts,

"I can't! I wish I could but I never can." I sob. Luna slaps me.

"Get a hold of yourself, you idiot! Calm down and get ready or else I shall kick your butt!" She shouts in my ear.

"Okay?" I say, shocked by her sudden outrage.

"I can't hear you!" She shouts.

"Okay!" I shout back.

"Okay, no more whining or I'll kick you in the groin!" She shouts.

"But I don't have a-"I start,

"Move it." She growls,

I do my morning routine and go downstairs. John and the others are waiting for me.

"Okay, we shall move to the air defense area where you shall move to helicopters." He says,

"Are we gonna be separated?" Des asks,

"Yes, only four could fit in one. So, Darkness, Insanity, Betrayal, and Chaos, you shall be heading into the city. Fear, Destruction, Havoc, and Inferno, you shall be heading into the jungle on a remote island."

"Is there any chance we can change partners?!" Fear panics,

"Sorry, but no." John says,

"Looks like you're stuck with us." Inferno smirks,

"I swear, guys, one finger on them and I will break your spines in half." I threaten,

"It's okay, Insane, we know what to do." Des smirks,

We head to the air defense area. We see the helicopters, they escort us into it, I sit beside Chaos facing Tray. I sit nearest to the entrance. I smile and wave goodbye to the others as they do the same, I hear the rusty metal roof open and we hover into the air, I see many riots on the street and I panic. We head towards the city and the others go in the opposite direction.

"Are you scared?" I shout over the helicopter's noise,

"Terrified!" Tray shouts back,

"Me too!" I shout.

We land on a building, I look at the stunning view of the sunset.

"It's beautiful, isn't it? I didn't know that the outside could be this beautiful." Tray says, beside me.

"It's strange though." Des says, beside me too.

"Yeah, it's crazy." Dark says, beside Tray,

We head down the building's stairs. We head to a park where we rest. Night falls. We head through an alley way.

"There they are!" A low male voice shouts,

Gunshots follow.

"Run!" Tray shouts, we all start running.

Stuff has just become real.
