Hey everyone, it's Ducky. I really don't have an excuse for not updating, since it was summer. So I'm just going to apologize anyway. I'm sorry for not updating. I couldn't find motivation to write, so if that's an excuse, I guess that'll be it.
Regardless, this isn't what I'm here to do! I'm here to announce I'm going on an actual, official hiatus! I've noticed that there's a lot of undeveloped characters, random parts of the story that don't add up, and horribly written chapters (FOR REAL, REREADING SOME OF THE THINGS, I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I SHOULD'VE HAVE TAKEN A BREAK FROM WRITING IN 2016 AND TRY TO START A STORY IN 2017 WITHOUT REMOVING THE RUST (I'm throwing out a metaphor, I'm sorry lol). I'm currently rewriting each and every character and the plot draft, and then I'm planning to run it through a couple editors, and revise it again. I want a story everyone will be awed at. Until then, I might work on Tales of the Bittersweet on the side (renaming it Bittersweet Tales).
Hopefully, I can get the plot finished by the end of October, but that's the earliest. A more likely date would probably next year or near the end of the year. Until then, for updates, follow my writing account on twitter! (I promise I tweet consistently: https://twitter.com/DucksHail)
