Leave Me Alone

I need time to think,

and suddenly my mind is blank.

When you start walking and it goes dark,

it's not me whom you should thank

It stinks like a rotten breath;

a stench as fragrant as death

I leave no pattern, no sympathy

Get lost as you dare to be

The walls have claws you cannot feel,

but they tear your hair out and your skin they peel.

You look in a mirror as your lips disappear,

But you look with horror and not with fear.

For fear has madness, and you are sane.

But I'm still trapped in this crowd with no escape.

So stay with me and listen to the pungent smell,

If you want to be trapped here as well.
