School Starts Again

You walk up to a pair of wide doors, with a disappointing sigh, carrying a backpack on your back. Spring break had just ended for you, and of course, you had done absolutely nothing. Your best friend, Peter Parker, had been gone for the entire spring break, for he went to Chicago for a family get together, he had told you. You and Peter go wayyy back, from when you were just little kids in elementary school. Peter was the guy who always could make you laugh and smile, no matter what happened. He was always there for you, and if you ever needed help, you could always depend on him. But lately, he'd been disappearing and you just couldn't wrap your head around it and figure out where he was going and why.

Peter had not been like this before, and you thought to yourself, "Have I done something wrong?". You sigh, then remember again that you are back in school. As you make your way towards your locker, you can't help but also look around for Peter. Your heart starts beating faster as you continue to look for him. You had a secret that you kept from him, for he could never know, or else it could maybe ruin your friendship.

You have been crushing on Peter ever since you met him, he always made your heart beat faster and your face turn red. But you knew better than to tell him, he might stop talking to you. So you pushed all the feelings aside because you have to focus on school, not boys. You arrive at your locker, a bit disappointed since Peter was nowhere to be found. You opened your locker with a swift click and grabbed your books. Why did school have to start again...you thought to yourself.

"Hey Y/N!" you heard a voice say to you suddenly. Your eyes lead you to see that it was Peter Parker! You look at him, he was wearing a white graphic tee with an unbuttoned plaid collared shirt and blue jeans. God, he looked so cute in that outfit, you thought.  You snap back to reality. "God Parker, I was looking everywhere for you, where did you go?" you ask him. "I was here all along, guess you just didn't look hard enough" he said and winked. You instantly start blushing. You close your locker and turn away, a smile on your face. You start walking to your 1st period class, Math. Peter walks right next to you and asks, "So Y/N, how was your spring break?" "It was so boring, I legit sat inside all day and did nothing," you reply, "I wish you didn't have to go to Chicago, and by the way, how was that?". "It was okay, definitely wished you were there," he says. You smile and lightly punch his shoulder, and he laughs.

You look around and see that you are almost to your classroom, so you tell him, "Okay Peter, there's my class, got to go now." You really didn't want to be separated from him again, but you know that classes are important too. "Awww, fineeee, I'll see you later darling!" He says to you with that beautiful smile of his. You smile and shake your head. You secretly loved the way he called you darling with that cute accent of his. You both wave bye to each other and you walk to your class and he turns the other way to head to his. If only you both had the same first period...
