As CaulderVilt put the gun to Snow's head and pull the trigger CaulderVilt chuckled, Adam frozen in midair felt helpless. He just watched the only person that ever cared about him get murdered in cold blood, he watched as his body became lifeless and fell to the ground. Adam's eyes closed as he drifted away.
"Adam?" Snow whispers into Adam's cell, "hey I got you some food, some leftovers, figured you might be hungry todays lunch was worse than usual. Hell I'm still hungry and I used up 3 day lunch credits hahaha." Adam looked through the slot where he could see Snow's face and the food he was passing through, Adam got up from lying down and grabbed the big piece of bread quickly and smiled at Snow and said "Thank you, you're right today's lunch sucked" Adam smiled at Snow, Snow asked Adam "How've you been?" "Same shitty stuff different day you know, how 'bout you?" "Work sucks you know, wel- sorry. I didn't mean it, but um same guard, Hopkins is a jerk, I'm sure you might hear some things I don't know, but he's just a real dick, wow holy, he really is a Dick. Damn, glad he's not in my squad." Adam replies "it's fine don't worry, it's not like i'll never escape this place and have a life, You know how its like to be a free spirit, to go to school, to have a family. But yeah Hopkins really seems like a real dirt-bag. You'd be surprised what I hear, I know ALL the gossip." Adam and Snow chuckled. "Adam, buddy, listen, you'd be surprised with what could happen maybe one day we'll have to, um not a nice way to put this but, ah wait, release some people into the outside world." "We're not people we were raised in a test tube then put into a machine to grow, then when we're old enough dumped into a cell." Snow looked surprised at what Adam knew. "Told ya I knew a lot." Snow looked back at Adam with his warming face as he closed the slot "Night Adam." "Night." Adam replied.
Adam was in shock, CaulderVilt dropped Adam 24 stories. Adam didn't fight it he just fell, and fell. Adam just watching him fall the broken window became smaller, and smaller. Eventually felt the force and the hardness of the ground meet his back. Adam lay there with blood everywhere. Blood covering his nose, eyes, ears. Hours have passed, it is past midnight. Rose finds Adam, she yells "ADAM!" as she stares in horror of Adam laying on the ground bloody limp body. Rose picks him up and starts screaming for help, "HELP! HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE!"
