so there was an art club meeting today and it was,, wowow it was great
I laughed a bunch, and talked, and drew, and made bad puns

to recap the experience:

× someone told me my style worked well with expressive things and I felt really happy bc that's basically all I draw hahaH

(and am trying my absolute best to get dynamic and expressive poses into the mix instead of just faces)

× we had a big talk abt sticker designs with a word one would typically not see on a sticker and I heard someone suggest "garlic bread"

× ADDI AND I WERE TALKING ABT LIKE,, THE COLOUR GREEN OR STH I THINK BECAUSE OF HER SHIRT
AND SHE HELD UP A PENCIL CRAYON AND WENT "EMERALD GREEN IS MORE MY SHADE"

AND I PICKED UP SAID PENCIL CRAYON
TOSSED IT AT HER SKETCHBOOK
AND WENT "I JUST THREW SHADE AT YOU"

yeah I laughed at this for way too long

× I suggested "Ketchuptember" should be one of those internet art challenges aftwr Addi thought I said "I had to draw a lot of ketchup for dinovember last year"

also there are like,, "art goodies of the month" or sth
basically something you can buy from the art teacher(s) all throughout the month like a certain pen or marker or something
which I find really fun! I dunno

anyway onto the actual art dbsknd
I drew this thingie of Doe a while ago (slight rhyme ahah)

I'm still trying to tweak her design a bit so I didn't really get too creative with her facial expression, I feel like once I have a handle on how I want her to look in my style there'll be a lot of art of her that actually looks different ahhA
