detroit: become human gave me so much inspiration for a more modern story w/her so that's what we're out here doin, here's a concept scribble for a lil design change

× you've heard of circular glasses now get ready for sometimes glasses but mostly Contact Lenses
× wears her hair up out of her face a lot more but it's still poofy, brown and real wavy/kinda curly
× she's an actual! like official! by theplaceshelives/works! detective now!
× a friend of mine's android sona is her partner/sidekick, as kind of a role reversal from when she plays more of the sidekick part in their sort of Mainverse
they're v smart and sweet and help her out a lot, and connie treats them! like another heckin Being instead of Just Machine!
× she still plays and teaches piano, and loves doing so, that hasn't changed (and will not change)
× a lotta people I imagine do underestimate and have prejudiced opinions of her bc she chooses to work with an android
(underestimate as in "she can't solve a case alone without the help of a machine!!1!1!" which she is fully capable of, but)
