10 months later

"Mommy!" i heard i ran to jr who was playing outside. I heard him cry and noticed him on the floor. "Did you fall off the step again?" i asked. He nodded trying to stop crying. I hugged him and picked him off. He was starting to talk more than before, it's just a few more months till jr turn 2 and will be able to do what he wants. "Kai" i said. "Yes?" he asked as he ran to us. "Help me get the things from the bathroom" i told him. We both walked to the bathroom. I put a band-aid on him and he smiled. He gave his hands to kai and he picked him up "what a big boy" kai said. He laughed. "I'm gonna take jr. to the park. Want to go?" he asked. "No i need to do some stuff" i said. He nodded "if anything call me or go to the restaurant moms there" he said. "Got it" i told him. Him and jr went away in my car. I started to clean the house when i heard a knock at the door. I walked to the door and opened. "Assistant kang" i was shocked. "Hello mrs.jisoo" he said. "What happened, does chanyeol know?" i asked. "Chanyeol is fine, its his mother you should worry" he told me. "Why?" i asked. "She wants to send you to court for the rights of jr." he said. I closed the door and looked for the folder with jrs papers. All afternoon i wondered how this was gonna work. As the sun set kai and jr came in."my two boys are home" i said, jr ran up to me hugging me. "Let's go to grandma's place?" i asked jr. he nodded and got down. Kai, jr, and i walked to the restaurant. As soons as she was jr she screamed his name. "Nana" he said as he ran to hug her. "Come with me i'll get you yummy food" she said and took him to the back. "We need to talk" i told kai and we headed outside in the tables. "What is it?" he asked as we sat down. "It's about jr" i told him. "Is he all right?" he asked worried. "Hes fine, that's not the point chanyeol's mother has made him sign a form to take me to court" i said. "But why?" kai asked. "Chanyeol took care of chanyeol and me when i was pregnant and 6 months after" i told him. "But it's not his son" he yelled slamming his hands on the table. Everyone turned to look at us "she doesn't know that" i told her. "Then tell her" he yelled "she won't believe it"i told her. "We have to go to court and asked for a blood test" i told him.
