5 months later.

We went into the courtroom. Kai's mom sat in the back while kai, my lawyer and i sat on the left. Chanyeol, his mom and their lawyer sat on the other side. "All rise" a man said.  The judge came in and we all sat down. "This is the case chanyeol vs. jisoo.  Over the right of jr. until he reaches the age of 18" the judge said. Chanyeols lawyer went first. "Jr. was taken from mrs.park around a year ago. There was no explanation or anything. No further contact, chanyeol the father of jr was never told where his son would be. " he said. He turned to look at kai "and ran away with a guy from a lower status who has no relation with mr.parks son" he said. "How old is jr?" the judge asked "he's a year sir" i said he wrote it down. "Mrs. jisoo you may go" he told us. My lawyer stood up, he seemed so ready. "Jr was only about 6 months when he was taken by his mother. Ms.jisoo knew that staying with mr.park would be a bad idea, why you may ask. Chanyeol is an alcoholic, plays with girls and all he does is go to clubs. Ms.jisoo and mr.park have been friends for a long time but enough to one day have a child without dating?" he said. She had been in a relationship with mr.kai for a year without nothing happening or so they thought but suddenly the same day they ended miss jisoo slept with mr.park?" he asked. "She's a whore" chanyeol's mom said "my poor son" she said  crying. "No mrs.park not as how you would put it. A whore but rather scared. Can we bring jr in?" he asked "i'll allow it" the judge said. He came in running in and as soon as he saw me he ran to me. "Hi mommy" he said. "Jr. who is she?" the lawyer asked. "Mommy" he told hugging me. "And him?" he pointed at kai "dada" he said. Kai smiled and took jr. "and her?" he asked pointing at kai's mom. "Nana" he yelled extending his arms. "Now then?" he asked showing chanyeol and his mom. He shrug. "I understand that he may be a child but if his so called father cared enough about him wouldn't he go visit?" the lawyer asked. "Objection! Mr.park never knew where his son was" their lawyer said. "Chanyeol knew where his son was" i said. "Mommy who's that man?" jr asked pointing at the judge. "He's a very important man" i said. "Why is he so tall?" jr asked. "Cuz hes very important" i said. "Come" the judge said. Jr went to him and up to the podium.  He smiled and stayed there. Chanyeols lawyer went back up and called me forward "what happened the day you took jr from chanyeol. "I went to go see kai but when i got back to the apartment chanyeol had gotten mad, i got scared he would do something but he started to cry. I was done with him getting drunk and accusing me of things i didn't do so i grabbed jrs papers and left. That's when kai's mom took s in" i said. "And what about jr?" he asked. "Jr was planned to stay with chanyeol's mother for the night but i took him away" i said. "And why is that?" he asked. "I was scared something would happen, that they would take away my baby" i said. "But chanyeol is his father why take his child?" he asked i looked at kai and he smied "jr isn't chanyeol's son" i said.  The room turned silent, my parents had their mouth opened. "Jrs dad is kai thats why he is named after him. His name is kai park. I couldn't take the fact that he may never see his real dad so i named him kai, or jr. i worked because no one expected it everyone knows jr is because they are named after their father." i said, chanyeol's mom turned to look at him "did you know?" she asked him. He nodded "my final decision, chanyeol will have a blood test with jr and kai. The results will determine the decision. In 2 weeks we will continue." the judge said. We all stood up and jr ran to me.
