Connor and Sydney are broken up, but their story is far from over.
Part Two of To Whom It May Concern brings everyone back in a different spotlight: they're all going to the same place for the same event. Emotions are high, betrayal is felt, and when it took months for distance to break them up...maybe closeness is what they need.
Then again, maybe not.
