1. Breath in and out deeply. In through your nose out through your mouth.

2. As you continue to breathe begin to focus on your chest. Feel a warmth bubbling from inside you.

3. Allow this feeling to spread from your core, reaching the very surface of your skin.

4. Focus on your skin, feel all the nerves and wake them up. Feel the energy rushing through you, activating every part of your body.

5. As you continue breathing move the energy towards your fingertips, still taking long even breaths. 

6. Close your eyes and concentrate solely on your fingertips. Feel them tingle and become awakened by your focus.

7. Concentrate and imagine the energy seeping out of your fingertips, becoming a glowing ball of pure energy. It may be any color you want it to be.

8. After sitting and breathing, just holding this ball of energy for a few minutes allow it to come back into you. 

9. Bring the energy back into your body the way it came.

10. Re-awaken your senses and pull the warmth back into your chest.

11. Sit with this energy for as long as you want, just breathing. Whenever you are ready open your eyes and resurface.
