I knew those kids would get into some form of trouble god damnit. I had to do something I couldn't just sit here and let their friend die I mean I knew she was in trouble I could just feel it. I grabbed a gun and a knife...this knife.

I stood alone at a burning staircase closely examining a figure on the wall it was just flesh but it felt so familiar. I looked to my side to see my mother. "Mama! I've been looking everywhere for you!" She slowly backed away "Mama why are you going away?" I grabbed her shoulders but this wasn't my mother. "Y-you!" It was the man who saved me "I-im sorry!" "No Angela." He said it so with care in his voice. I crossed my arms and and in a sarcastic tone said "Thanks for saving me...I wasn't even worth it even mama said it I deserve what happened. Or maybe will you love me? Take me away? Heal all my pain?" I got no response "Thats what I thought...James give me back that knife." "No angela I-I can't." "Why not? Saving it for yourself?" He said in a sad tone "Me? No I'd never kill myself."
(Present day)
I found myself with my eyes watering but thats all in the past, but I hope he had a happy ending. I sighed and left the hotel I was planning on going to rosewater park to search.
(Elissa POV)
This wasn't helping I had no way of knowing where she was in this huge town. I went to a diner which was empty because maybe she was there plus I was getting hungry and I couldn't search on an empty stomach. As I looked around the kitchen I found a can of peaches. "Sweet preserved food." I was gonna open it when I heard a cry coming from the corner. I looked down and there was a little girl sitting and crying next to the exit. "Hey are you okay?" She turned around and got up. "Its okay I won't hurt you." I gave her a gentle smile and she smiled back then wider and wider and eventually the corners of her lips were up to her ears literally. "Dear god what the hell." Her head was growing longer and more almond shaped her once beautiful blonde hair was black and she grew 8 ft tall. Her dirty white dress was stretched out and in a distorted voice she said "Heeeeelp meeeeeeeee." I screamed and ran to the other end of the kitchen. I she left from the corner to chase me and luckily I evaded her and fled the diner. She crawled to the emergency exit and while I was looking down the ally I saw her run to the end of it and leave.
(Chris POV)
I kept the knife just in case I needed it because god knows who left the bag in the first place. I looked around and heard a slapping like wet clothes hitting the ground then I saw the bushes rustling. "X-xeiah?" I knew it wasent her but thinking it was gave me some comfort. I peaked inside when a monstrous thing that looked like a tall woman with a white dress, black hair, black almond shaped eyes, and a mouth that literally went ear to ear and what monster wouldn't be complete with razor sharp teeth. It jumped out and grabbed me by my throat. The thing raised me and was watching as I slowly lost air but I felt as if it had something else planned for me. I looked on the floor to see the knife fell and then I heard a gunshot and saw the girl Angela had shot the creature. It growled and dropped me my throat bruised badly with long black marks all around. The creature ran off ad Angela picked me up and walked me back to the apartments.
