(Y/n) POV

It's been so busy these past few days, Jack and I are planning our wedding while at the same time trying to get things ready for the baby.

I'm only 4 months pregnant and I already want him/ her to come out.

Jack and I had decided that we wanted to do a baby reveal at the baby shower instead of having the doctor tell us.

Jack has been the so wonderful, he's been helping me so much since I've told him.

He's been giving me messages when my back hurts or holding my hair back when I throw up or even buying me food.

I love him so much he's a really good father figure to Tim as well but he'll never replace Mark as his real dad.

It's weird how things have turned out.

I fell for my best friend, married him, had a child with him and now I'm marring his best friend and having his child.

Mark doesn't know about this child and I don't know how he'll react when he finally finds out.

When I got home later that day I checked the mail and there was a letter saying that I had court tomorrow...

Why do I have court tomorrow?

I talked with Jack that night about it and he didn't have a clue either.

In the morning we got ready and drove to court. When it began Mark was there dressed in a tux.

"I want 50% of child custody."

I was shocked to hear that come out of Marks mouth but I knew he'd want some custody of his child.

"(Y/n) do you have any objections to this or are you willing to sign the papers?"

I didn't have to think twice about my answer.

" I'll sign the papers your honor."

Mark had a shock look on his face.

This was the first time he's looked at me since I've moved in with Jack and he's just seen my belly bump.

He doesn't look to happy anymore.

Me and Mark both signed the papers and he put his hand on my back while I was signing.

When we were leaving there was a fight.
