Almost is never enough

Chapter 2

Arianas Pov

I woke up on the couch still in my dress from yesturday. I walked to the bathroom to clean my tear stained face and take a shower.

After a long relaxing shower i got out and put on some jean overalls but they were shorts not full pants. I put a shirt with flowers on under it. I straightend my hair and left it out straight.

I went back to the couch to get my phone i looked threw it i saw a text from Justin he said he was going to pick me up later and take me out to a ice cream shop then to a zoo so we can be seen in public.

I dreaded going out with him but i decided to go anyways. He was going to pick me up at 12 it was 9:30 i decided to watch E news.

I quickly regreted it as i saw them talking about how the spotted me and Justin and that we were dating.

" We Are Not Dating!!!!" I yelled at the tv but obviously they couldn't hear me. I guess Justin wanted this because they also said my sweetheart image was changing Justin and making him sweeter. As if he will never change people might think he is but he wont.

I sat on the couch flipping thru channels when i heard a knock on the door. Great Justins here i almost forgot he was coming.

I slid on some bright pink converse and walked to the door. I opened it and saw Justin he looked pretty cute i had to admit as much as i hate him he is really handsom.

"Hey Ari." He flashed a smile at me. I turned away and he just walked to his car we got in.

" will you atleast talk to me." He said sounding irratated.

"You think its easy to look at a person who broke my heart? Well its not moreso talk to him." I said quietly.

"Okay your right but atleast for paparazi pretend to have a good time." He said laughing a little. I ignored it and just waited for the car ride to be over.

We got to a ice cream shop and i ordered a browning sunday with carmel on top and Justin ordered vannilla ice cream with oreos and sprinkles in a 3 scoop cone. We sat in one of the tables outside and saw paparazzi surrounding us.

We held hands shared ice cream and put ice cream on each others nose like a happy couple i almost belived it for a minute. I saw Justin look me in the eye and lean in he quickly pecked my lips but i felt like it was real not for a stunt.

Justins Pov

I kissed Ariana i couldn't resist she just looked so happy it made me want her to really be mine so bad. I knwo she wouldn't of let me if i asked so i just went for it her hands went to her lips.

We finished out ice cream in silence then walked to the car.

"You ready to the zoo?" I asked breaking a long akward silence.

"Yea." I saw her smile a little. We drove to the zoo listening to the radio.

We bought our tickets and walked it. I took alot of pics with her an the animals we actually had a pretty good time. She posted alot of pics on instagram of me and i posted alot of her captioning look at my baby and tagging her. Her laugh was infectous we had so much fun.

"Wanna go to my house to like just chill?" I said casually.

"Uhm i shouldn't but i guess." She said hesitantly.

We got in the car and drove to my house im surprised she said yes. I thought she would coldly decline.

We got to my house and we watched tv and ate popcorn. We walked to my kitchen and and i got marshmellows and threw some at her. She sheriked and then threw some at me then i grabbed her firmly and pulled her in for a kiss. She didn't kiss back instantly but she did. Then she pulled away and went to the living room.

Since it was late we decided she would stay in a spare room. I went to sleep with the kiss in my mind.
