Where I am now

Just a dream

LLOYD'S POV
I was hanging out with Derith when Sensei Wu called me. I wonder what it was. I pressed accept and all that came on was Sensei screaming,
"Lloyd! Get over to the lab as soon as possible! It's Kai!"
'BEEEEEEEEEPPPP'
Kai? Something happened to Kai? Oh no.
"What's wrong with Kai?" Derith said.
"I dunno. I'm gunna head over there."
"Kay see ya round bruh."
(DO NOT JUDGE MEH!! It's my book I get to make Derith hipster if I want!!)
I jumped out the window, and summoned my dragon. God I hope Kai is ok. Kai had been my crush ever since I met him. But he has to be straight after flirting with Skylar for so long.
I flew to the building. And jumped down.
I entered the lobby and pressed the elevator button. Thank god it came quickly. I ran
into the lab. When I got there I instantly regretted it.
Pixal was crying and Zane was staring blankly into space. Uncle Wu wasn't in the room and Dad was sitting in a chair. I couldn't see his eyes.
I looked at Zane. His mechanic head turned to face me. I looked at him.
"Where's Kai?"
Zane instantly turned his head away.
"Our brother is no longer with us. I'm sorry Lloyd."
My eyes widened. No this can't be happening. It's all just a dream. Yeah I'm about to wake up and Kai will be there in the kitchen. Calling me a sleepy head.
Tears start to fall from my eyes. Yeah all just a dream. I started to sob.
Kai was ok. This is just a nightmare.
My eyes started to droop. Yeah when I fall asleep Kai will be there. Waking me. Telling me breakfast is ready.
The last thing I saw before blacking out was Zane standing over me.
