Hello new Life!

I have been in the airport for the last 3 hours waiting for my dad to pick me up. The flight on the plane wasn't nice at all, I spend the entire flight next to woman with her baby boy crying and I almost got puked by her child. But thank God the flight attendants moved me.

 I should probably introduce myself, my name is Elizabeth McKenzie but everyone calls me Eli. My parents divorced when I was younger. This year I asked my mom if I could go live with my dad and she agreed. I was nervous all the way here, but now I'm kind of excited since I will reunite with my BFF Maureen. We have been in touch this last 4 years. She is a really nerdy girl and I love her so much, plus she has something between ADD and OCD. She is 5' 6', has brown long wavy hair and dark deep brown eyes. Remember that I mentioned that she was nerdy? Well she is a big Star Wars fan and likes all that weird stuff.

“Honey” I look around and see my dad standing there. He is in his late 30's and is a major chef, like seriously he is a world known chef.

“Hi dad” I said. We weren’t really close because when they got divorced I stayed with my mom so we didn’t hug or anything like that. So he only smiled back, took my bag and went ahead to the car. I didn’t even mention to him that he was 3 hours late.

“So are you excited?”  He asked me with a huge smile.

“Yes, I am dying to go to school!” I said with a big fat smile.

He laughs at my reaction I smile at him.

“What I’m really excited about is about seeing Mau!” That’s how I usually call my best friend Maureen. We took off to the house I was going to live and I have never seen.

Now we are in the house and I started unpacking “yeah this so much fun” I said to myself (Note the sarcasm). My room is aqua blue with violet and it is perfect my dad made someone decorated of course. It has a king bed and a walk-in closet. It also has its own bathroom.

I went and took my phone from the charger.

“Hello…” I answered

“OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYGODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!”

“Maureen please stop screaming…. I love you but I will hang up”

“Sorry but I still can’t get over the fact that you are really here!  We need to catch up in everything ASAP!!!”

OH God this is not going to be good.- I thought.

 We started talking and laugh about everything. I discovered that she has a boyfriend named Pat – I’m pretty sure that his name is Patrick, but they call him Pat- I’m also meeting him tomorrow.

When we were too tired to continue talking we said our goodbyes. It was already 1:00 a.m. and we started at 10pm.

 I got ready for bed and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.   

Maureen’s POV

“Come on lazy”, I said to my oh so sexy and handsome boyfriend Pat.

“Mau come on, school has not even started yet” Pat said looking very hot with his geeky sexy glasses. Did I mention he is 6’4 with to die for green eyes? Well he is, and also he is ALL MINE. I think I should tattoo him with Property of Maureen Stevens.  

“Stop checking me out.” I told him noticing he was indeed checking me out.

“Why?” He pouted.

“Because I can smell your arousal, babe”

“Well what are you going to do about it” He said smirking. With that he put his hands on my waist and started to massage my lower back and without hesitating he kissed me smacked on the lips. It was a sweet but powerful kiss; he tasted like coffee with vanilla and cinnamon. Ohh how I love that smell.  

We are that geeky and nerdy couple just because we are like smart and love action figures and stuff like Star Wars. But we also bring in the heat not sometimes, but all the time. Our group of friends say we are weird but that we have everything and I like to think that too.

“Maureen!” I turn around to see a running Eli coming my way. She has grown so much since I last saw her.  She is like 5’8 and has long brown hair. - She looks hot-  She is wearing skinny jeans and a purple blouse with black boots. Her taste never changes.

“Eli!” I screamed back at her and met her halfway and hugged her. After that we started laughing and when we finally stopped I introduced her to my beau Pat.

It feels so good to have her back.

“I can’t believe I am back” she said.

“Well you are Ell, believe it”

“Today was amazing.” I said to Pat when we entered the Pack house (Blue Moon). I asked Eli to spend the night with me, but she said that she had to finish unpacking. Today I learned so much about her like she likes to cook too, just like her dad and she loves planting.  Inside the pack house Pat and me say hi to everyone and from the main hallway that leads to the kitchen I see Damon coming our way, he is the Alpha of our pack. He is a great guy and one of my best friends but he also has his strong temper being the Alpha an all. He is 6’7, I know really tall, well just like 3 inches taller than Patrick. He also has dark hair and blue eyes. I see him talking to some of the werewolf that are close to me and I noticed he started to sniff a lot like trying to decipher a scent when his gaze turns towards me and I get the chills. Don’t get me wrong I didn’t do anything bad… I think, but he has his Alpha mode turned on right now and it gives the chills.

“Mau, where… were you?”

“Mmm at school? I just got home with Pat, why?” I said to him confused.

He then grabbed m by the shoulders and asked, “Where have you been Maureen???”  

I hear Pat next to me growling his eyes turning black and I knew that his wolf was mad, but damn the he look so sexy all possessive. Is a thing about werewolf’s is in our nature I guess we like possessives mates.

“Don’t touch my MATE” Patrick said not minding that he was talking to the Alpha, they are like the best bros, but Damon is the Alpha.

“DON’T USED THAT TONE WITH ME PATRICK REMEMBER I AM YOUR ALPHA” Oh God this was getting really tense. Damn werewolf genes.

Really quick after that Damon let me go, I know he is not going to harm me in anyway and probably the big Alpha bad ass thing was to control Pat.

After he let’s me go I go and hug Pat really fast and try to calm him down.

“Baby relax, I’m ok, and you know he wouldn’t do anything to hurt me”. I whisper in his ear. Then I look as his eyes star turning slowly back to dark green.

“Maureen I didn’t mean to grab you”. Damon says. I know that’s his way of apologizing and I don’t mind.  

“That’s ok…but I think I know why you did it….” I tell him everyone turns to me.  

“Because I smell like your mate…right? I know who your mate is don’t I?”
