Eli POV

It only has been 4 days since I started my new life with my dad and it has been great. School is really good I have a lot of friends I have learn that Maureen, Pat, Adrian and Blake are living together in Damon house. They all have become really great friends.

"Eli"-Maureen said to me.

"What?"-I asked her.

"You have been space out"-Adrian said.

"Sorry….What? Where you saying?"-I asked them.

"Damon was telling you if you wanted to go to the party he is hosting Friday night at his house."-Maureen said to me.

I look at Damon and see that he is smiling at me. His lips look so soft and I feel my heart pounding in my chest.

"I will love too, but can'"- I say to, all of them.

"Why not come on Eli going to be a lot of fun"- Maureen said.

"I know is going to be a lot of fun"-I said to them.

"Then tell me why you can't go"- Damon say.

"I have to see my grandmother Friday." -I tell them.

"Can't you see her Saturday"- said Blake

“I have already may plan to see her sorry."-I said to them.

"That ok maybe I can move my party to Saturday. How about that?" - Damon said looking at me.

"That is perfect"-I say to him.

I knock at the door and waited for someone to answer. That is when and old lady answer the door.

“Hey nana” – I say to my beautiful grandmother.

“God Eli is that you”- she said with tears in her eyes.

“Hey nana I have missed you so much” - I say to her hugging her.

“Come on I will bake you some cookie with coffee just the way you like it.”-She said to me with a huge smile.

“Nana maybe later I really need to talk with you”- she sees my expression and nodded.

“You know the room go and I will be there in a minute.”-she said looking the front door and closing all the windows.

With that I go to the main office. This office is in the end of the hall is really big it has a desk with computer fax and everything behind the desk there is a photograph of my nana, grandpa, father and me. Grandpa died 4 years ago this office was originally his but when he died my nana took over now this office his full of bookshelf for her to read. When I was little my nana used to read to me in this place because it has furniture beside the window she told me how my grandpa and she meet. How he wanted to sacrifice everything for her but my great-grandfather asked him to first finish College so he can provide for her. And that is what he did he finished College fund a job and became a very successful man. When he finishes College he married my nana but  waited to have kids. After he became successful had my dad, my grandpa wanted a simple life for him so they bought this house far from everyone. Later my dad did the same with me he sends me with my mother. My family has always been people with money but always teach their children to not expect this.

With that nana enters with coffee in one hand and cookies in the other. That woman thinks she can do all the thinks she did when she was younger she doesn’t let nobody tell her no.

“Ok honey tell me what is wrong”-she said

“Nana I met a werewolf and he is my mate”-I say to her but when I said that to her, her face became hard.
